Users can make online bookings and there is an option to enable PayPal payment (please see screenshot).

To set up tour search page first please make sure that you’ve created a page which has “Tour Search” template as shown in screenshot. After that select this page as search page in Select Options > Tours > Search Page (please see screenshot).

Hi. Pre-sale question:

I would like to know if I can divide the destinations by provinces, and that each province has its cities. For example, a province will be “Sevilla”, and within that province there will be several cities: “Camas”, “Écija”, “Estepa”, etc. By having that, you should be able to search by cities, as well as by province. It’s possible?

You can add provinces as destinations and then assign destination to tours (cities), please see screenshot. The search form showcased on the main homepage allows searching for destinations only, not individual tours. The search widget in header will search the whole site for entered keyword so it will display both tours and destinations in the search results.

hello, i have a pre-sale question. If i want to use for example the adventure home demo, but i want to use some elements/sections from the main home is that possible?

The pages are developed as single-pages with the usage of wp-bakery or having any custom post types that working only on specific demos? i want to be sure that i can use any section i like from your demo to any page i want to build.

You can combine the elements from different pages and create your own main page. :)

After you install the theme and import the demo content, you will get all the pages you saw on our live demo, and then you will be able to customize those pages, delete them or add new ones.

1. Please understand that we have not tested the theme with OpenStrretmap and MapBox so we cannot guaranty theme compatibility for the same reason.

2. Our built-in SEO is a basic search engine optimization to get you going. However, if you want to go more in depth, especially in regards to social sharing etc. we recommend using an SEO plugin. For example – Yoast. This plugin will in no way cause conflicts with the existing SEO fields, but override them.

Hello. I have a client interested in your theme but he needs to have it integrated with Intrepid Travel’s API, so is it possible to use a third party booking system with the template?

You can try to use 3rd party plugin but please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available.

What a poor system to import the demo, I tried and waiting for 1 hr still it stuck to 20%. What’s wrong with this. Can you guys even investigate.

Please note that any premium WP theme requires a bit more dedicated resources on your server, which is something that’s common among robust and complex themes such as ours. Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

Except for demo importing, isnt it possible? For example you can share the wp bakery codes of that page?

The best approach if you want to check the settings or any element from the original demo is to create local test website. For this you need to install local server, e.g. XAMPP. Then install WP, Getaway, plugins and import demo content to your local testing website and check how the pages have been built and what settings/elements have been applied. You can switch to Classic editing code, copy the page code from the Text tab and use it to re-create the page.

The support account creation is not working. The theme cause an error when I go to appearance -> Widgets. The website go down when I click on widgets.

That is strange, as once we test this we could successfully create a request. Please check if you have entered the correct Profile (Select) and theme ofcourse

Also we are aware of certain issues which surfaced after the WordPress 5.8 update rolled out, and we are doing our best to release the fix for this issue as soon as possible. This might cause an issue with the widgets so please try using the following plugin until we release a new theme update: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

Is there a way to turn tours to have functions like woocommerce product so that i can be able to intergrate my payment method

Booking form has fields for number of tickets and a message field where additional info can be added (like emails of tour participants).

Alternatively, if the theme’s booking form doesn’t suit your needs, you can create your custom contact form with Contact Form 7 plugin which is compatible with the theme and add it in tour description using WPBakery page builder.

Bookings made with our booking form will be listed in Select Tour > Booking. The checkout process is not integrated with WooCommerce. The bookings are integrated with Paypal only. You could disable Paypal and email your customers to arrange payment in a different way.
