There’s no such issue with WordPress 6.1 and latest CheerUp version. You might be running an old version of the theme or the error might be from a plugin.

Hi Install the WP theme but I cannot login and it throw me an error after isntallation:

How can I put the subscribe block on a page? I am building the homepage the way I like it by using a standard page, but I can’t figure out how to get the subscribe feature on the page. Seems like it is only built in to the main homepage.

Hello, could you pls help with this probably very easy task? I made a custom blog page using WP bakery. But when I set this page as a Posts page (in Appearance → Customize – Homepage Settings), theme overwrites my custom layout with theme’s layout. Is there a way how to stop this behavior?

Has anyone else had the Instagram widget stop using? I have several license for this theme, and Instagram widget has stopped working on all of them in the last week.

We support two methods for building the homepage as mentioned on our item page, and in docs. You can build the homepage using just the Customizer settings, or you can use WPBakery Page Builder. Elementor can also be used but it won’t have our special custom homepage blocks but will have everything else for posts and pages.

Pre-sales: 1:)Have a theme that is using schema.org and google compliant (you can import the recipes directly from the site, just like I can from your food blog demo) If I migrate to your theme, will the hundreds of recipes I’ve put in using the other theme; come up in your theme or will we have to re-enter theme all? Yes we have recipe schema data when using the recipe plugin. As for other schema like organization and article schema, every SEO plugin have that built-in now and it’s best to use one of them. It is Google compliant. As for old recipes, this would depend upon which recipe plugin you used earlier, if it’s “WP Recipe Maker” then it should work fine and you may “import” from other popular plugins as explained in the plugins docs.
As for the second query, sorry we don’t have this feature.

Hi. Two pre-sales questions (Miranda). I see it’s using WP Bakery and I’m wondering if WP Bakery is less or more difficult than Elementor (which I’m somewhat familiar with). I’m assuming the Theme is strictly WP Bakery and not Elementor?
Lastly, does the Theme allow for custom True Type fonts files to be installed?

Thanks for writing to us. To answer your question, we do use WPBakery only in three of our magazine demos. Miranda is a simpler demo built using our custom options and settings in the WordPress Live Customizer, which is easier to use than pagebuilders. With that said, you can use WPBakery also if you wish to do so on any of the demos. As for custom fonts, we support Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts/TypeKit by default. For truetype / custom fonts, our support team can guide you on how to use a plugin and a bit of CSS to achieve that.

Contentberg is designed for maximum readability (hence content marketing) and the whole design and structure is focused on that. CheerUp is more feature-rich – has more flexibility and features, and there are more pre-made demos included.

After Wordpress upgraded to 5.9, the Gutenberg editor is no longer working. It opens a blank page.
I cannot write a new post or edit a previous post. I had to rollback my Wordpress to 5.8.3 just to write and edit blog posts.
I see no reason to pay $30 for support when this is clearly a Theme problem. I’m requesting you to fix this and release an update for the theme so I can use the Gutenberg editor.

It clearly says that my support has expired because it’s been over a year since I’ve purchased the theme. I purchased it in late 2020. And it tells me that for continued support I need to pay $30.
I checked my Wordpress Dashboard, and it says the themes are all up to date. I’m currently running the CheerUp Theme v7.3.1. Is this correct? Is this the latest version of the theme or
I am able to download the updated version of the theme from my Envato Dashboard, but I’m worried to upload the updated version lest I lose my customizations. What do you suggest I do?
