How do I remove the two lateral buttons, the buy now, support and the color/font choice?

Hey, I like the style of this theme. Some Pre-sale questions:

1) Looking to convert this theme into a Business Consultant style. Is there a Services page templates on this to view? Like how you have it over on your other theme HOZTI. Just need some services page templates so I don’t have to create it from scratch.

2) This comes with Elementor or Elementor Pro?

3) Will need to use an Appointment Booking plugin, have you tested this with any bookings plugins? Just making sure it’ll be compatible with no issues.

4) Support via Email or Support Portal? And turnaround time for a response?

Quick question, is this only for wordpress or can you use the files to create an HTML site? I see there is a second Muzex site available that uses Bootstrap 3, but I was hoping this one which uses Bootstrap 4 would be HTML ready (as in I want to create the files in dreamweaver and mess around with everything)

the template is broken, they don’t even know how to install it. I have asked for a refund and they do not respond

Installed. Their required plugin with the features throws a fatal error and does not work.
