Version 1.9.7 is adding “inherit” to all of the themes text elements (color, family, height, etc.) from Eelementor even when the fonts in site settings is set to something else and Elementor has Disable Default Colors and Font active. This was all that had to be done to change those fonts before, this is now being overridden by the themes update.
Seems like an issue that would pop up for many, just rolled back the update until I figure it out in staging ♂️

Hey! I’m having an issue with users not being able to upload images in the profile field. Avatar, and Cover photo come up with an error saying “There was a problem cropping your user photo”, or “An error has ocurred, please verify avatar/cover dimensions or try again later.”
What else can I check? Is there a setting for image dimensions for Buddypress? Max image upload size is 512MB, uploading images on activity feed work fine.

If a plugin is not explicitly listed there, then it hasn’t been tested with the theme and we can’t ensure it will be compatible.
Please keep in mind that due to the really custom nature of the design (that has things like a custom slider with icon tabs in the profile pages instead of the classic BP row of links in order to make it look different than the average BP theme) plugins that may work in a vanilla theme, may require some code customization in order to integrate them.

I really love your template, but I run into an issue.
Have been checking the whole weekend to solve it, online and by testing. Did not figure it out therefor this email.
I mostly get 404 pages for example when I click the link newsfeed

I’m having an issue with the reactions. I am not able to see the reaction images/emojis, they just show up as the alt text (ex. “reaction like”).
I have contacted WP support and have done the site health check and troubleshooting mode with the plugins etc. and could not find the issue. WP Support advised that I contact the theme creator and/or buddypress support.

Say I just purchased this theme moments ago. Great theme setup via the demo screens you had in the listing. Very impressive. When I got things up and going and went to import the Elementor data for the demo the file is way too small to contain everything. It does not import any pictures or anything into my installation. You mentioned in the comments that you will no longer update your theme. This is really sad. I’ve read a lot of user comments, your answers always lead to customization. Judging by the comments of the users, there are many features that you need to add to your theme, but you answer “this is possible with customization”.
After 1 year of uninterrupted updates, as you can see by the changelog, the theme reached it’s final stage. We added lots of features that were very requested by users, like avatar types, color themes switch, etc, but we can’t add everything that everyone suggests because the theme will be a mess. Regarding customization, yes, themes are meant for users to customize as it can’t possible cater to every potential user. Reading what you need, we don’t recommend you this theme. Best Regards
I have a few questions?
1- The fonts in the theme are too small, can they be enlarged in the theme? Or can I change the font?
2- Can I COMPLETELY translate the theme into my language?
1- You can change the overall font via the theme customizer, but not the sizes, for that, you’ll need to customize the code.
2- The theme is translation ready, but we can’t assure completely translation because of plugins always adding new features.
What about future updates? Is there a roadmap or something similar?
Currently, VIkinger WP has reached it’s intended final stage, so we don’t have major updates planned at the moment.

You can’t do it via the customizer. You’ll need to customize the code in order to increase the font size individually. Please keep in mind that, as we mentioned before, this would be theme customization.
