What cache plugin do you recommend to use with this theme?
Hello,
I have to bring this issue public because your support have refused to fix it after several emails for about 8 months now. I first sent an email on May 26, 2023 where I complained about the mobile view of the template diappearing immediately after it loads.
This issue have not been fixed till date. Note that I have the lastest version of your theme. I want this issue resolved immediately as this has cost me alot of loss.

You never responded. Besides, you have not addressed the actual issue. I increased the memory limit as suggested from 128M to 512M and everything is still the same. The website loads when viewing other pages/posts/categories on mobile. But the homepage will load temporarily and then disappear. I want this issue resolved please.
In our last reply, we told you to increase the PHP Memory limit from 128M to 512M

Yes. I reverted to 128M because the Hosting company allowed an increase temporarily and after increasing it to 512M, It didn’t make any difference. I know how this things work and am not a newbie. Your theme have an issue with mobile view which someone too had mentioned sometime ago in the comment section. Please find a lasting solution to this embarrassing issue.

It is your responsibility to ensure you help fix issues that is related to your theme and not come play the defense game here. I mentioned earlier that inner pages display very well on mobile but homepage will load and then disappear. Doesn’t that suggest it is not a memory issue? I have changed memory limit severally to no avail before reverting to what we have. Take out time to investigate this issue and fix it.
The developer has eventually responded via email and they have now fixed the issue.
