Hi Xtemos Support, what’s the best way to get support for the Luman theme? I noticed the documentation on your forum doesn’t include Luman specifically, and it was mentioned to initiate the support ticket via contacting you through Envato (which I did a few days ago).

I installed Elementor (not Pro) and Essential Addons for Elementor, each was installed individually and tested by reviewing the site before installing the next plugin. Elementor was updated first. I didn’t find any noticeable changes. However, after installing Elementor Pro, you see those errors in the screenshots.
I’m sure other users may be experiencing a similar issue but wanted to help your team troubleshoot since Elementor Pro is an essential tool that virtually all of us use if we’re using Elementor (free).

Hi Xtemos, quick question – on the services page (...homepage and other pages) you have class “xts-section-title-text”, by default it appears that it is an H4.
I checked the settings but didn’t see a way to change from an H4 to an H2 or H1, etc… is there an easy solution to change it between H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, or H6 to follow HTML/SEO best practices?

The DIV class xts-section-heading xts-reset-mb-10 xts-reset-last xts-textalign-left sits two levels below an H4 reference, you can see it on the right when using Chrome to inspect.

On Home #1 – just below the revolution slider hero, you have “12 Years of Work”, the 12 is transparent and shows the background image. The numbers’ background didn’t show the updated background image.

Social networks get the first picture of the site on preview, if you don’t have the ajax dropdown then it will get the first image from the dropdown.
https://prnt.sc/26ccf5uPlease, navigate to Appearance -> Menus -> enable ajax dropdown for each main menu item.
https://prnt.sc/234ni5oIn general, the best way to show the correct image of the product on the preview is to use the “Yoast” plugin which allows you to choose one image that Social networks (including Facebook) will be shown.
