Hi guys, I’ve bought the theme a long time ago. But I’ve don’t usually received an answer whenever I try to ask something. My support is about to finish in two months and all the posts I made on https://xtemos.com/forums haven’t been answered. I’d like to know am I supposed to talk to you guys? Cause I have bought the theme and created my site but I struggle every time to configure and support it by myself.

I’m afraid that this part is hardcoded in the WooCommerce template files and can’t be changed. You can find all settings related to this in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts & Privacy.

Hi,
Since one of the latest updates I’ve spotted a bug regarding the brand filter. if you have brands as a list the brands that you have logo’s for show indented for no reason which makes the display look messy.

You can see the issue at the above link, if you look at the filters on the left side of the screen and take note to the Brand filter you will see some of the brands are indented for no reason and these are brands which have logo’s set. We want these all to show with the same alignment.

I can see wpbakery in posts and pages, but It is not active in Layouts. What is problem? I have updated 6.3

If you don’t see your page builder interface when creating the layout you need to activate it for this post type. For WPBakery via Dashboard -> Role manager -> Post types -> woodmart_layout.

Hello – I am using Woodmart slider. I try to decrease the space between the slider bottom and the next element (Home Page). tried different ways but none worked, it worked through WPBakery but the title on the slider went up and I couldn’t align it “center”, help me decrease the space and align the text. both at once. why can i no longer edit pages ? Now I have to disable WP bakery editor installed with your theme in order to make any changes to my pages. That way it works. Soon as I enable WP bakery I can no longer click on the pencil button to do inline edit as of today. Have you changed anything as I am running the latest version of woodmart ?

With the 6.3 major update the theme has become even better. One thing though is still missing, and is of great importance > the ability to use different sidebars for different Product Category pages. (In Dashboard you give us the ability to create new sidebars. BUT we cannot use them/assign them to Product Categories)

Hey there! After the update a bug appears in the Instagram widget. It shows server photos repeatedly instead of posts. I have already removed and created new widget, disconnected and reconnected in API but the error continues.
