Hi! About your “product detail” pages. How many characters can be written in the Details, More Information and Custom Tab sections? Is it possible to insert tables and images there? Can I attach documents, such as a PDF file there? If so, how will the PDF file open? I need it to open on the same page. You have a great template! However, for example in Firefox 113.0.2, the view is different and for Davici 1 and Davici 2 it is not possible to switch to other pages in the Home and Shop.
1.The custom tab not limit characters but you should keep short to look good. 2. The custom tab use block static from magento so you can insert image or link file pdf to content. 3. Yes the switch store use dropdown but menu use link so sometime cause the issue but don’t effect to function this only use as quick link.

I’ve bought the theme yesterday, I installed only the theme on the latest magento version(2.4.4) and got error while upgrading

Pre-sales question. I was undecided on whether to choose a wordpress or magento theme. If I choose the Magento theme, will I have to pay extra to take advantage of all the features I see in the demo? Hi – I know that – ofcourse. I am talking about theme specific issues in terms of translation. I am not able to fix everything to Norwegian which is theme related and not core magento related.
For example:
Part of the search field on frontpage, part of check-out process etc etc
Also I did ask for help on installation but was not able to use your support ticket system as the system would not accept any tickets from me (I have been around for 30 years with data so I know what i am doing) – and I wanted help and contacted you directly through mail shown here on themeforest – I get reply but no one is offering help – except offering to create a new support account for me ??? which is ridiculous
I have sent at least6 5 mails and no one is offering to help me the way I need help
The theme did not install perfectly and there were some issues which are for sure related to how the theme is packed for delivery
I have fixed most of it but the search field – has to be shortened or the theme looks ugly on header – and I am now waiting for reply on that.
I did ask BEFORE I did purchase many days ago if I could get help with installation as I have not worked with Magento for 8-10 years I think – and you said yes – but so far nothing ! No help at all. Very very bad.

1) Does the theme support this feature—> to publish and unpublish home carousel banner on particular time [Scheduling the display and hide of the carousel, example: offers carousel that are available for 2 or 3 days].
2) We can see in the below link that there is a carousel called “UPSELL” https://m2.alothemes.com/davici/default/butler-step-configurable.html Does the theme have upsell feature by default? Can we choose which products to show in the carousel?3) For the Product single page, can we have the details show as vertical collapsible accordions instead of horizontal tabs?
4) Does the theme support a smart recommended products carousel, that recommends products based on the pattern of the customer?
5) Can we have a carousel for the sub-categories at the top, on the Product listing page?
