We didn’t find your ticket; please share the ticket number or link. Regarding to your question, you don’t need to purchase the Elementor Pro for customizing header and footer.

Server time a change is made it causes the server to crash, even after opening all PHP settings to allow memory and upload size etc. Seems very unstable, the demo import does not work and brings pages or errors, anyone else had the same?

cant customize the theme, i have elementor pro and Im unable to use, cant change anything in the header or footer and its just getting annoying and dificult to make changes and the purpose of my purchase was to make things easy and its been 3 extreful days and nothing its been done. i will like to have a better solucion to customize and or if this cant be done, i will like to get a refun so i can move on and buy another theme from another seller.

Hi there, i really like this theme and functionality but i it possible to add a Woocommerce Subscriptions to the booking system? So users can lets say book 2 car washes a month and each month select the date and time for their 2 car washes?
