Hello, I install the theme. And try to change the logo. I upload the logo in TeckLick Core options the way it written in documentations. But unfortunately I cant see my logo. hello can i use the theme to create a charity website and also use a plugin for donations? so that users are able to make donations in the website?

TechLink theme is not tested with Give WP plugin, so we really can’t guarantee compatibility.

Hi, I have purchased the theme on here. The issue I am facing is logos would be changed, I had to manually replace the files on server! I could not submit a ticket because the theme is not listed on your ticket submission form.

If the logo you uploaded in theme options was not appearing on certain pages, it’s possible that the logo was uploaded locally (within page options). Please understand that local page options are always overriding global options, and you can read more about this subject here.

Can you tell us why we are facing below error in widgets because of it we can’t able to change logo and menu.could please help me on it.

The “techlink_core_separator” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.

As one more pre-purchase question, Is this theme compatible with RTL ? Is the WPML plugin included with the Theme?

Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. You can check in this article which of our themes support RTL.

The theme is compatible with WPML, however this plugin needs to be purchased individually.

As a pre-purchase question, from the TechLink ThemeForest purchase page, it is shown that the current theme is compatible up to WordPress version 5.7.X. Will, there be any recent update for the theme so that it will be also compatible with WordPress latest version (5.8).

We haven’t tested WP 5.8 yet. You can try using this plugin as a temporary solution until we release an official update: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon.

Why the last update is in May? A good support means more regular update. I have purchased the template, but I am not sure if it gets regular backups/updates in the coming months for template & plugins. Wordpress usually is getting updated every 2 weeks. Should I go ahead & use it for my website with no worries about the template being updated?

Can we use same theme for more than one website?

Please note that each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain.

Same Issue! Please update the plugins you distribute. Revolution Slider does not update and the current version (crucial to work with the theme) cannot be activated (too old). You distribute v. 6.2.18, most current is 6.2.23 Thanks!

Please note that Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.
