Hi, Fildisi theme works with a lot of problems from today…WP Bakery doesn’t work, and the theme options don’t work either….Which is the problem? Do you have a solution?

Thank you for your reply. I have just contacted my hosting, and they tell me it is a problem with the theme. There are incompatibilities with WP Bakery and errors. Is fildisi compatible with the new wordpress update and the plugins required by the theme?
I have deactivated all non-essential plugins and the error is not solved.

Fildisi is installed in more than 1.6K installations, properly checked with the last WP release – https://euthemians.com/themes/updates/fildisi/ – so it’s obvious that what you are facing cannot be a theme related issue. If you are using a child theme, please switch to the parent theme and check again that you are full updated, both theme and required plugins. I can assure you that Fildisi works as it should as you can also se in our official demo but we cannot provide extended support here. Thank you!

All available Typography options are located under Theme Options > Typography Options, if this is what you need. You can also define the page title settings under Theme Options > Page Options.

Any idea on how to fix this?

The one page menu works beautifully, but in hamburger mode the menu is broken. This is because I have multiple rows (for different devices- mobile, tablet, etc.) with different IDs. Therefore, when switching to a lower device, the hamburger menu items do not work (when you click the menu items do not move, because they do not know which id row to select i think).
I did not buy your template 4 times already, but unfortunately I did not notice it before and my support on your part is forfeited and unused. Do you have a tip or help, I don’t have to laboriously change the whole website.

We are always happy to help our loyal customers. However, what you are experiencing is not a theme related issue, so something that requires a fix. In general, you should never have duplicated IDs in your website because you will also HTML validation errors – https://validator.w3.org/ . You can show/hide different rows in your pages but you cannot have the same IDs to use these in your menu bookmarks.

I am not quite sure that I can follow your issue. Your website content is in your database, not in the theme. So if you have removed a page, there is nothing to be done from us. FYI – Found a BUG!
When using WPBakery – if you add a ‘Slider With Content’ into a Blog Post the whole Blog page and Blog Posts keep timing-out. After removing the ‘Slider With Content’ all resumed to normal.

If you use the Slider with Content to display posts, this cannot work inside a blog post. This is a well-known WP restriction, you cannot have the posts loop inside single posts. It has nothing to do with the theme.

I noticed an issue on my phone with the quote, video and link post on mobile. I recorded a screen video. You notice it the title and caption jumps up and down. (I’m using an iPhone 11 with iOS 14 and Safari browser, if important).

However, I am not able to replicate what you demonstrate in the video so I am afraid there is nothing to fix. It looks great on my iPhone. In addition, we have never received any ticket from our customers for such an issue.

When I do the Google PageSpeed insights on your theme I only get a 17 in the score for the mobile site. Do you know if this can be improved?

Server configuration and image optimisation are still the major factors that affect site speed.

Since I am now aware of Accessibility issue, i noticed that when I do tabbing (press keyboard tab key to get to interactive item such as link and button), the keyboard focus is not consistently appear. I tried to add some css :focus but it still not working for some elements and class.
I also plan to add some ARIA atribute to make my website supports more of assistive technology. Any idea how to do this/implement the code efficiently within Fildisi theme?
Plus, I just update to WP 5.4 and all the WPbakery seems more confusing than ever because unless I pick the full wp bakery page (which I don’t like), there are no element in the wpbakery that’s embed in edit page

Starting with the WP 5.4, you should have no issues with the latest Fildisi. So pls double check that you are full updated, both theme and required plugins.
