Hello, I have bought this theme, it loked promising.. BUT! after install and setup, I had to import via WP importer, WP demo import doen’t do any thing!!
Then I could not find any pages or subpages regarding Properties (or properties list, or by property type, property category.. Links from main menu are custom and leads to your page. Neither Could I made the pages!
So it is pretty much useless theme!!!

And, yes, you are right, WP Importer (Tools > Import > WordPress) is required before running the setup.
Now, if WP Importer didn’t import anything, please check the Recommended PHP Configuration Limits FIRST for import to go through:max_execution_time 600 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 48M upload_max_filesize 48M
2. Links from main menu are custom links, yes, but you can easily edit them.

Hi there, I build my website with your Reales WP theme. I already inserted 37 properties, but now I want to change property layout design from “No Map” to “Half Map left side” How can I procede?
Also I noticed that if I click on the Printer icon to print the Property Page, in the preview I see Wp-bakery code meshed up with content text. I updated both wordpress and Wp-Bakery but problem wasn’t fixed. I put wp in debug mode, but I can’t see error. How can I fix?

My maps are still not working and I see v 2.1.1 fixes that. I’m at 2.1 How do I fix that to bring me up to 2.1.1? I’ve downloaded the latest 2.1.1 licensed theme, but there is no update path.

These is how to update the theme
1. Download the theme again from the ThemeForest account, where you initially purchased it. The download will be under your buyer account – Downloads.
2. Unzip the theme pack
3. Go to wp-admin/Appearance-Themes and activate a different theme
4. Find resideo theme and click delete.
5. Install again the theme from Appearance > Themes > Add New and select resideo.zip from the latest theme pack
6. Activate the theme
IMPORTANT: all your theme settings will NOT change during this process. But the language files you had in the /resideo/languages folder will be deleted if you choose this method and if your language files are not in child theme.

Regarding the content demo import, there are some issues with your server, which doesn’t allow the import to finish.
Check the Recommended PHP Configuration Limits FIRST for import to go through:
max_execution_time 600 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 48M upload_max_filesize 48M
You should contact your web hosting support and ask them to increase those limits in PHP.ini to those values
Also it’s recommended to try again on a clean WordPress installation.

The video on mobile will not work, that’s why you need to add a video cover image that will be displayed on mobile browser that doesn’t support mp4 videos. You can add the image under theme settings in admin here:Appearance > Reales WP Settings > Appearance > Homepage header video cover

Regarding the translation, the theme and theme’s plugin have language files, which can be translated using a plugin, or a stand-alone software(PoEdit) without having to touch the code. I suggest using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
