Clients can’t send contact form throught the website via housez contact form. It indicates a red message saying servor eror using email function.

can we do this: I want to use houzes for the following usage: 1- We want to add listing on behalf of the agents? Can we do that? 2- Can also Agents and other company to free subscribe to our site, and add their listing. 3- Customers can view the listing, and then contact us the contact form regardless if the agent or we add the list, we must got that request? 4- If the customer likes the property, and they had view, can we change the status of the property pending/ rented … etc. 5- Also we want to add the customer info only if the customer rented the unit, the name will show only in the backend by us the admin staff. 6- Also can we generate reports such as: availability, rented … etc. 7- Can we also view all rented units with the renter names only us can view that from the back end. The main purpose of using this extension is to work as rental broker, that we can add our own listing as well other property managers can add their listing, but all the view and rents happen though us, so we want to control the properties, and the customers.

Customers can contact us to view the properties, and once they rent that, we will remove the listing from the view on the site, but we will keep it for our record in the back end. Also we want to get a list of all our customer who rented with their contact info … etc. So basically we want to manage the customers too and assign the property to them, as we are rental broker.
