Thank you for getting back. Video storage is not handled by the theme. It is handled by Tutor LMS plugin which uses WordPress’s media if you choose to upload the video to your server instead of to a third-party service.

To answer your questions :

1. Geeks is built for TutorLMS and supports all its features. Monetisation in TutorLMS is achieved through WooCommerce/EDD. Both these ecommerce plugins do not support multiple currency out of the box. It depends on the payment gateway that you are using.

2. Unfortunately there is no such feature.

All menu items can be edited from Appearance > Menus. Please clarify with a screenshot on what exactly you want to edit and we’ll help.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. I checked your tickets in our support system and noticed that your queries have been answered. A 404 error generally means the file is missing which is not the case as they are included in the theme package. It could also cause an issue due to file read permission issues.

If you do share with our support your WP admin details, we’ll help import the site for you.

As for the templates, all overridable templates are inside: themes/geeks/tutor/ folder. Our theme provides an override for all default templates to match our layout. You can use a child theme and copy the templates you want to override and customise them according to your requirements.
