Hi there,
We have a couple of issues/question:
1. CSS code on keeps disappearing from the Theme settings in Custom CSS. It has happened multiple times now. Whenever we are working on a particular piece of CSS code it disappears after an hour or two. Also the changes that have been made in the theme settings for example style and colors for the buttons resets itself to previous settings. I have updated the theme as well but still the issue exists.
2. Is there any option to change the number of columns in the portfolio carousel for phone and tablet?
3. The carousal arrows don’t seem to have any option to appear without hover. Is there a static option for navigation to be displayed?

Make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme firstly.

Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Hello support In woodmart theme when a customer goes to registration section and register account the only requirement is email address and the password is system generated but i want to add manual entering password of own choice for customers bcz many customers are facing issues when they login for 2nd time and onwards so kindly help in this regard.

I don’t know if this is a bug or the code of element Product Price don’t display everything when we customize layouts for single product page..

If you see, after Price, a third party plugin shows the discount with another payment method. That discount doesnt appear when we customize single product page with LAYOUTS from Woodmart.

Most likely, this plugin uses some WooCommerce “Hook” to show the additional price on the single product page. When you build your product page with our Layouts builder all hooks are removed. But you can add it manually using an appropriate element. But firstly, you need to contact plugin developers and ask the name of the hook they use to add their custom content to the single product page.

Hello. The hook is: woocommerce_get_price_html
It should work well with this hook. It is loaded when the layout is active too. Maybe there are some other requirements in the plugin to make it work.
The provider updated the plugin, now in WPbakery editor the discount is visible, but when I go to see it in action (frontend), the discount is not showed. That’s weird. Only works in wpbakery editor.
Sorry, but we don’t know why it doesn’t work since we don’t know how the plugin is built. Please, ask your plugin developer to debug this from their side. If there anything we should change in our theme we would be happy to help.

I recently purchased your theme and i would like to ask two question about the menu and the builders.
1) Is it possible, if i have enabled the advanced menu header, to make also the second bar of the menu to follow the user?
2) Also it would be better to use WPBakery or elementor. In matter of speed, and of the theme adding new features (specific elements per builder) or keeping up to date the already added ones.

Strange but with the latest update many parts of our website are now left aligned with a blank space to the right of the page. The only way to solve this is to go through every element in elementor and change the elements layout from ‘boxed’ to ‘full width’ which is incredibly annoying! These layout settings were not changed on our end and simply carried over from the woodmart template we built our website on.

I have a serious problem with HTML BLOCKS once I have updated to the latest version.
When I modify a product to which a Html Block was previously associated in the drop-down menu, it is no longer associated.
Having numerous Html Blocks it is not possible to associate them because they are not visible in the list which seems to have a limited number of Html Blocks.
Is there a way to solve this?

Hi I have 2 questions: First does your Woodmart theme comes AMP ready? Second I noticed of the pre-built demos in the theme only have the full search in the off canvas menu I mean search doesn’t show in the header the only demo that shows the search is the BLACK FRIDAY demo. So my question i want my page visitors to see the search in the header not just the search icon is that possible with all the demos of the theme?
