Still wasn’t able to install this theme since day 1. Created ticket because their extension doesn’t work.
On private chat asked me if I wanted refund, I said no, that I just want issue fixed because my client asked for this theme.
They don’t even give me prediction on when it will be solved, just simple don’t answer the ticket.

I have some problems with my database.
After installing the “PixieFreack” theme, I’m asked to install the Panel Plugin.
When installing the plugin everything is fine, but when activating it it displays the following fatal error : “Error establishing a DB connection”.
While they add information in the DB.
I am under web server: nginx, PHP Version: 8, Database: Mysql 8.0.16, Wordpress: 5.9.2 and in localhost.

ok so i had a look now at your requested info currently i have PHP ver is PHP 8.0 (ea-php80)
For the MySQL i am not sure where to find that but will this help its on my database management i found this
cpsrvd 11.96.0.13 Database client version: libmysql – 5.6.43 PHP extension: mysqli curl mbstring PHP version: 7.3.28

Downgrade your PHP to below 8.0 and make sure its above 5.6, you’ll be fine.
