Hi team, I’m experiencing a bug with your theme.

1) On the collection pages, the follow text appears:

“Liquid error (swatch-grid-2 line 6): product form must be given a product”

Is this showing because the theme is not yet live? Please can you send guidance on how I can fix this if not.

2) The home page preview is not showing in the editor. Since connecting the product slider with products it’s gone white.

I need this live for Monday so hoping you can help asap!

I have found a bug in the shopify theme and I need help to fix it. When I create product variants (sizes s, m, l, xl,...) if I have size XL out of stock and I want to buy L, the default system adds to the cart the first size it finds in stock and not the that I am selecting.

I need your help to solve it, I am using the product-template-1.liquid but I have observed that it fails in all the templates.

I just applied an automatic discount. It is 25% off when you buy 3 or more items. In the cart when you add 3 items the discount is applied but you cannot see the original price. Hi… I’m enjoying using your theme so far but i’m struggling with getting the font settings on the slideshow on homepage how I would like it. Are you able to provide some guidelines on how I may edit the font Size and Color for the slides?

Hi purchased August is there any way to add collects to the homepage for instance I would like the home page to show a whole collection not just one item form the collection. Also for #3 instead of a video I would like to use a slider is there a way to do that?

Hello! We are having an issue with the hover on the product cards on the August Theme.

Can you guys help us? After we enable the second image on hover on the customize menu it doesn’t change anything and that behaviour is not active!

Hi there, the theme is bugging 1. All of a sudden the “Sub Title Top” in my first HTML text is not showing. 2. My Collection List Style 3 & Product List Swiper are not displaying multiple products horizontally like I selected (I want 4 across), instead, they are just displaying the first product/collection image across the whole screen. It wasn’t doing this a couple of hours ago; everything was great before! Not sure what changed.

When I add new products to my store, is there a way to make them show up first on all collection pages? For example, I have one new product I added recently and I wanted that product to show up first on my accessories page. 2) I need to change the template for the products page – which I am doing via theme settings it does not work. Does not update on theme editor and not on front end either.

Hello. I have recently purchased the August theme and I am using it on my Shopify website. The theme is great but I need help at a few places. Firstly I have added video in the product media. The video is working fine but the position is not changing. I want the video to play at the end after the images. But the media order isn’t changing and the video is playing first instead of the end. Kindly look into this and help me with it as soon as you can. Thank you.

I see that this template is available in Wordpress on envato elements and here for Shopify. Is it available for Shopify on elements? I understand if not, it’s just that my client chose it for her Shopify and I have an elements account.
