This means if you visit a question for example and visit it again, and again, if you activate the cookie option will count it one visit only for the same user even the user visits the question 1000 times.

1 – Yes, you can do that so easily with the loco translate plugin.
2 – No, not need to do that, only make sure you don’t save the language files on the theme folder and you will keep them on the next updates.
3 – No, just the theme, we have our own plugin included free within the theme.

About the reactions, we working on it until now, it will be like that, https://ahmed.d.pr/ANDbRX but this will be included the theme itself we didn’t use any out plugins, only we use our plugin which included free within the theme.
