Hello I am having issues with optimization. Everything is redirecting to your themes. sub-domain site. I don’t even know which images are these. Obviously I am changing most of these photos, but what are these?

Thanks for your patience! After importing the demo data generally, you will get all images URLs from our sub-domain as the demo data exported from our side.
So you need to update all images manually to fix the URL redirect issue.

When I check on gtmetrix.com, there are a ton of redirects to your site. I checked all those images in the media library for their URL. and it is pointing to my server. Yet those redirects are happening. It must be something else. There is nothing I can do on my side to change anything. It must be something in the code that overrides those URLs in the media library.
I am emailing the URL for a demo site I created, please check it on gtmetrix.com and you can see what I am referring to.

I deactivated the image optimizing plugin. and I inspected the elements on the page for the images and all of them are from your site?? Please provide a fix for this. This is important. I have been very patient with your theme and waited a long time to fix other issues, but this is unacceptable. It isn’t my first barbecue; I haven’t seen another theme that does this. Thanks! We have tested the live demo of the Alpas theme with GTmetrix and didn’t see any image URLs from themes.jibdara….! The live demo URL of the theme is https://themes.envytheme.com/alpas/ and we did all set up from the same demo data of the theme’s download bundle.
Also, we think already replied through the email that the image URLs need to be changed after importing the demo data, and from the GTmetrix test summary of your site URL, still few URLs showing not changed after the demo data imports!

I checked; all those images are coming from your server, not from mine, I spent four hours to clean up the mess! Something in your code does it. I tried without the optimizer and it is the same; the images are served from your server, not mine. I had to literally change them all, re-upload all those images from my computer to fix this. But there is one issue I encountered because I can’t figure out how you have added that image on the frontend for the section about services on its left-hand side. Please let me know how you have added that image for the background. I can’t fix that one.
It seems you are not trying to understand all of our mentioned points and each time responding the same! We already informed the procedures and recommend you follow these. We did the same on our live demo also we trust all other buyers followed the same! The GTmetrix scan reports clearly showing that the theme live demo doesn’t have anything similar to your case!
After importing the demo data it’s needed to change all image files path.

I am getting a tone of error and there is a conflict between tgm class version in your theme with an important plugin for my project. You are using class-tgm-plugin-activation.php and so does the contact form 7 signature addon. But you are using v2.5, can you please change it to version 2.6.1 to eliminate the conflict. I made the change, and it works. The error says the add sub_menu page is called incorrectly. It should be integer and they added this change as of v.5.3 of Wordpress. Please make the changes and provide me with the alternative version. Also, you are using outdated Woocommerce templates.
Also, an error cannot modify the header information headers already sent I can send you the errors if you provide your email.
What happened to elementor pro? When I purchase the theme, it came with elementor pro. I chose your theme for my network application because it came fully packed. I intended to purchase multiple licenses as soon as you fixed the performance issue. But now you removed one feature?? Please let me know if you will include it as it was.
Hello I have asked you before, and you assured me you are fixing the performance issue. Your theme doesn’t work with any optimizer plugin and that creates an issue. I have tested with several including wp-rocket, Litespeed cache. Please let me know.

Hi, I have installed theme on our website but woocommerce is giving warning messages that theme templates are outdated.
Your theme (Alpas) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this: alpas/woocommerce/myaccount\form-login.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.1.0
