Hi, Is it possible to use your theme for tours marketplace, where vendors can post and sell their own tours and we get a commission on every booking? Out of the box or by using dokan or wcfm marketplace plugin? Regards

Hi from 14th March 2022 in UK Stripe req 3D Auth. Here’s the info on payment: This payment didn’t use an SCA-ready product. Unless you update your integration, payments like this are at risk of being declined. - should be start worry about it that STRIPE will not work? I have already few payments declined : Payment declined because cardholder bank required authentication Until you update your integration to handle 3D Secure authentication, payments like this will continue to be declined.

Hello, I am trying to improve my SEO and your theme (or atleast the Tour Master plugin) doesn’t seem to be very good for SEO.

I use YOAST and it the variable TOUR-CATEGORY does not function in the SEO title.

The Tour category should be Rome instead it shows as TOUR-Category

The very worst support that I ever seen.

-Respond time is not less than 72hrs. When you consider the working hrs and weekends, min1 week. Can you wait for a week to solve your problem?

-When you receive a reply, the only way that they can help is with “Additional CSS”. (Which they can add in to the theme). I can give many samples.

-If they don’t have ready-made additional CSS for your problem, then the answer will be : “consider to hire a freelancer to customize it for you.”

Do NOT pay any extra money for support. It’s worthless.

- Actually, we don’t provide any services to make change css or change the theme style and especially changing theme function.. We can some time help if it’s a little css tweaking.

Hi! we are interested in buying this theme but we want to use it as a marketplace. Is it possible to create some external providers to sync the calendar with their pages?. I think iit it not implemented but i read that it is possible to sync calendars only in one way.

been suing this theme for a while and time to renew but is there a possibility to list everybody on the frontend who has booked a tour. That a visitor can see how many people are joining nd on top of that divided in to male and female. We sell travel packages for singles.

As you may see, I have support for 6 months. But because of your replies takes min 3 days, real time support becomes useful only for 2 months !!!!

So while people are paying money for your support, they should know that each reply from support takes min 72hrs !!!!

At the moment, I have been waiting for support to reply for last 30hrs !!!! and seems that you don’t reply back before 72 hrs. Is there anyway that you can help with this? Not only to me, to all of us who has purchased this theme with support…

Hello, i have some pre-sale questions: 1) In some case, i should use pre-registration. I mean people books but admin has to validate. Do you have this kind of features ? If validated by admin, user will have to pay. 2) Maybe one possibility should be to set the deposit = 0. Is it possible to do that ? 3) What happens for this payment of deposit = 0 ? 4) Moreover, is it possible for customer to have no other choice than paying the deposit (instead of choosing between deposit and full price) ? 5) Another possibility should be to have free events. Do you have the possibilty to have free events ? How does it look like ?

1. We have this option but it will apply to all users.

2. If the deposit is set to 0, it means the tour will be complete without payment.

3. It’s similar to #2.

4. Yes, you can disable the pay full price, but it will apply to all the tours.

5. If you set the price at 0, it’s a free tour. It’s the same with other tours, but when checkout, it will be complete without the need for payment.

I see that we can add new custom fields to the Booking & Enquiry forms. When we add new fields, questions are:

1) How can we change the orders/places of the fields in the booking form? 2) How can we add icons for the new fields in booking form? 3) Is it possible to change the questions in the booking form? 4) To make the form shorter, it is possible to have 2-3 fields in the same row? If so, how? 5) How can we change the font size of the booking / enquiry forms? 6) How can we change “PROCEED BOOKING” & “SUBMIT ENQUIRY” texts?

Other question: 7) Tour Element – Tours which are listed with “tour element” box. How can we link those tours to open in a new window? 8) Search Box – How can we customize the search box, to change the places of the fields. Such as DESTINATION – CATEGORY – DATE/MONTH. And also how can we change the “SEARCH” button text?

Hi does this theme supports different payment aside from paypal and stripe? like my local payment gateway api? Like woo-commerce does support my local payment gateway.

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Authorised.net and Stripe. :( To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

P.S. the tour system’s payment doesn’t support Woocommerce.

It’s such a shame your theme is such a good looking one. But unfortunately it doesn’t support other payment gateway which is limited for my domestic market here. Really hope your system can support other api’s in the future.

We will consider to improve the payment in the future. Thanks for your input.
