1. Could you please tell me in short what are your plans for the next 6 months (some new important highlights and features that you would mention) as well as the ETA for the next release?
2. I use Groovy menu plugin and want to know if it is possible to fully disable the theme’s menu (even if some features will probably be gone such as messaging menu etc.) and have only my custom 3rd party menu bar enabled?
3. Is there a way to have top bar menu implemented?

Hi There! I love your theme – and comparing it to ListingPro before buying. BUT the only thing that is stopping me is your requirement for WC Subscriptions. $200/yr for that plugin is nuts, especially when there are other Subscription plugins out there with great documentation and more appropriate pricing. Unfortunately, this is going to cause me to buy the other competitor theme - Unless you have a workaround -
I.e – Surely it’s possible to have a paid listing package – list it as $120 / yr – and then when people check out via PayPal, rather use PayPal recurring payments to par it down into $10 / mo billings.

I want subscriptions—but cannot afford the $200 plugin. Does the theme work with YITH? Or alternative Wordpress compatible options? Or – as asked in my question – when I set a fixed price package price can it feed through to paypal and then be turned into a monthly payment subscription without the need for an expensive subscription plugin on the theme side.???

Since our demo listings are located in London I added a zip code of London and it’s showing the listings properly.

Hi, I purchased this theme a while ago but have only started using it in the past few days and what a fantastic theme you guys have put together. I’ve come across a bug with the stats however. The ip_address field only allows for 32 characters (string), however IPv6 addresses can be as long as 45 characters long I believe. This results in a sql error –
‘The supplied value may be too long or contain invalid data.’when inserting the record for any ip addresses longer than 32 characters, therefore not recording the view.

Edit the listing and in the location field click the coordinates option and check if they are generated, if not either the address is not recognized or the maps API is not working. If the coordinates are generated and still the markers don’t appear on the map, submit a ticket on helpdesk and share admin access

Most likely one of your plugins is causing this. Disable all your plugins and if the issue is fixed enable them one by one until you find the culprit.
