I opened a ticket yesterday still no responses , my store function is not working when i click cart or checkout it just re-directs to the website homepage , i can see no pages are set to these pages where can i locate these pages?

Please keep in mind that, as the support rules state, they always try to reply as fast as possible, but the response time can be up to 2 business days as they reply in order of all open tickets.
Great theme so far. Quick question though, where do we upload/change the side bar icons? Couldn’t locate them in backend.

Can I use this theme on WordPress without any issues.
For this theme you’ll need some WordPress and coding knowledge because for some things, you’ll need to customize the code in order to achieve what you need. If you don’t have it, then we don’t recommend it.
How do I get the homepage/landing page looking like the demo?
Hi revolution180, If you haven’t done much yet, we recommend you to do a clean install to start again to make sure that the things you’ve done don’t interfere with the setup (be sure to install the latest version of the theme!)
After that you first have to install and setup the theme you can do it following the docs: https://odindesignthemes.com/vikinger-theme-docs/ inside “Getting Started” – “How to Install” “Theme Setup” (this is an important step as you need to correctly customize the BuddyPress setting to make sure everything works OK). After that, check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXEgduXEupk to import the demo content
Doing this things in order is very important for the process as failing to correctly setup BuddyPress may lead to errors or styling issues. If you install the latest version, you can see all steps in the “Getting Started” tab

Can we request a refund? We went with a different theme called SmartMag as it was more compatible with our content.
I also couldn’t get this theme to match our style or get it to work with Youzify, so we are not building a community at all now.

Your Vikinger theme is definately a fine achievement and I am happy it offers Elementor support. As of late, I am running into a clutter issue that is impacting my user experience due to the “Navigation Menu” ( body.vikinger-top-space .header ) not having an auto hide on scroll.
Since I am not a developer, I cannot quite seem to get the Javascript right to hide the nav header when scrolling down the page, and, revealing the nav header when scrolling up the page. Does your support team have a solution for this that you could provide here or via email?

Sadly, the theme doesn’t have a feature for auto hiding the nav menu on scroll, it’s only fixed, as you can see in the live demo (this is mostly for people on smaller devices, so they can quickly access the nav features when they scroll too much). Anyway, please keep in mind that, sadly, the dev team can’t help you to add this new feature due to Envato’s Support rules https://themeforest.net/item_support/what_is_item_support/28612259?url_name=vikinger-buddypress-and-gamipress-social-community , as customizations are not part of support.
