In your demo site, when I add products to the cart, the sidebar opens. When I click on “view cart” it takes me to the cart. But when I hit the back button, it takes me correctly to the previous page BUT the cart sidebar is opened and empty. I don’t mind that it is opened, but it is shown as empty. You can not view new added products unless you refresh the website. Is there a fix for this? Is this known? This is a main reason for me to avoid this theme if not fixed in the next couple days. Thank you

Thank you for contacting us.
It might happen when the page is loaded from browser cache and it doesn’t depend on the theme. The shopping cart widget is updated by WooCommerce script and it might happen with any theme.

Thank you for your reply. However because I browsed many themes yesterday, this behaviour is not present in competitor’s theme with the same sidebar ajax behaviour. Your theme looks great and I prefer it, but with this serious bug is a no.
Just tested this with a Storefront theme (default theme made by the WooCommerce team) and the issue is nearly the same. It happens with the WP Rocket cache plugin is installed. In the following video, you can see that when I back to the shop page I can’t see the shopping cart widget dropdown because it is actually empty. Add items, click on the “checkout” button on the right-sidebar that pops, and you are now on the checkout page. Click on “back button” and you will get an empty shopping cart. This is a bug. The shopping cart should have the items.

Yes, we understand what you are talking about. But as we showed in the video, it happens because WooCommerce doesn’t update the cart widget and it happens with any theme. We don’t have a fix for this now.
This is not happening with all the themes. I saw that other themes with the same functionality, shows the Cart.
Please do not say this is not a bug. Your theme has this bug. This is a serious bug for everyone using your theme. Fix it and I will buy.
For example, when clicking back, hide the sidebar instead of showing it.
Please, install any theme on your website with WP Rocket, WooCommerce and shopping cart widget and you will see the same. If not, send us your admin access and we will install the theme for you so you could see that there will not be any difference.
Is there a way, through your theme, to choose of not making use of the right sidebar cart? (And use the default dropdown behaviour when clicking/hovering in the cart icon)

Why is it in 6.0.3, responsive option from Elementor isn’t showing correctly. From the previous version, I had no issues with it. When I use my phone to check a certain page that shows a desktop and mobile versions, it shows both of the content from desktop and mobile. But in desktop, it won’t show the mobile version. Is there something wrong with Woodmart’s theme resolution setup?

As we can see, it is just a button without a popup. You need to create an HTML block and use there our popup element. Then put this HTML block to your header to make it work as you need.

Hello Xtemos. After rolling back the update we found the problem must have been in the Woodmart core update, as it was working again once we rolled it back. Could you fix this for a future update please?

You can fix it by applying patch # `361980`. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it doesn’t work for you.

Hi, I’m going to develope a fashion store website. For past project I purchased your theme but for this new project I need the single product page to be more ‘trendy’ with product image to cover half screen without paddings (image extend to the edges) and a transparent menu. Your actual theme for single product page do not have this layout. Can you please verify with the team if possible to add it to the next updates so I will purchase a new license? Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
