Hi, When I share my website URL throught Linkedin it isn’t creating the preview image. I’ve searched out and I found that this is made with Open Graph linkedin Tags. And that themes usually have this settings in order to pick up the info from different places. In this case, I’ve checked the Open graph code and it is taking correctly the Home’s featured image. But it is not showing it properly when you copy the website url to linkedin post, as it is not creating the preview image. Could you please help me with this? Thank you in advance

Hey I am lost as to how you download the demo, read the doc went to the All-in one. Went to import, but where is the file for the demo is it in the folder or do you have to download it. Instruction not really explained right.

Why I cant I access my website, then when I do forget password, it has your theme name on it saying something wrong. I don’t want you guys to be in control of my wordpress account. Please fix it and also please let me know how to remove you guys from having to get access again to log into my site
Hello! We don’t use your account or something else. You’ve forgotten to change the login and psw after the first sign in. Please use the custom (in docs) and change it after.

It will be a page with your theme and it’s says something wrong
Try to recover your psw via “lost password” and check your spam folder.

Sorry, we can’t help you in account questions because we don’t have any access to your WordPress account. Try to recover your site via Hosting backup, install the theme and the demo content and check and change all account data after the first sign in.
How you guys can’t help and your theme basically converted my wordpress to operate as if you guys has control
Please follow our recommendations because we don’t have any access to you site. When you install the demo content login and psw changes to the custom. And you need to change it after the first sign in. So, no personal data are not transferred us or somebody else. Only you can change your account details.

we ‘ve purchased your theme, but we are unable to work on it. After following your instructions on documentation file and install/activate anything properly, the website seems broken. To be more specific by the time everything seems to work, except your pt shortcode plugin. Which doesn’t seems to recognized or work properly while in front end we get [pt_*] instead. Looking forward of your support/fix.

I have the Reka theme, and when I go to customize the Social Media buttons to add a link to my YouTube channel, the text “Yahoo” comes up next to the icon on the side social button bar. How can this be fixed? Also, how can you remove the side social button bar altogether. Thank you.

Hello! Please contact your hosting support. Lokks like you need to change som php parameters like max_upload_filesize, max_post_size and max_execution_time. They’ll check the error logs and help you to change these parameters. The problem only in this.

If the plugin (all in one migration)requires more, please share the necessary values of each so we can compare if they can be changed or not.

and if you have demo in any hosting side then there is one theme setting to import from url.

Hosting support changed the setting and its still not working then how can they support can you please suggest alternative method. We fixed the parameter as per instructions

Hi, is there a possibility to change the resolution when the mobile (hamburger) navigation will appear?
Theme’s default appearing is on 990px, any change to increase? I have a longer navigation (manu pages) and after 1300px nav items (page names) will go in two lines, so it would be nice hamburger to appear on that resolution.

on this demo: https://promo-theme.com/reka/classic-business/ when resizing browser less than 1200px until 970px (the nav item will disappear), when clicking on hamburger icon the sidebar with about us info will appear instead of menu. In that way people are not able to have navigation with pages listed..
How to disable sidebar of appearing and istead of that to have menu, as happens when resizing less than 970px?
