The template cuts this simbol ^ and if image name is using this symbol the template reads the file name without this simbol and of course it became error 404. How to prevent the template to cut it?

BUT when I edit my Site Title, my tagline changes. Unfortunaly my entire tagline text comes to my website as a Site Title.
