Hi guys ! I downloaded the theme via Envato subscription. It seems that I haven’t any demo data. It’s annoying, it’s very helpful.
Could you help me ? I’d like to create a ticket but I need a buying code, and I haven’t ^^ (because of Subscription and not regular buying…)

Is there any news about the demo import function ? Could you just send me the demo data to import manually ? It’s really bad like this, and if there’s no fast solution I’ll have to post a bad review !

OK and where ? Because we download it from Envato (https://app.envato.com/search/all/wordpress/02feb4c8-75cc-4433-ba45-5a69990e5c02?term=ecolar) and we still have the same version, without any demo data.
I still don’t understand why you don’t just send the demo data by email or anything else…

Man, I cannot create a ticket because I don’t have a purchase number, because I downloaded the theme from ENVATO…
So, maybe you could create a ticket for me, with my email address ? Am I with the worst customer support I’ve ever seen in Themeforest ?!

Hi there! I can’t install the Ecolar Core plugin: “The remote plugin package consists of more than one file, but the files are not packaged in a folder. Please contact the plugin provider and ask them to package their plugin according to the WordPress guidelines.” Please help!
