There are multiple themes that buttons don’t have mouseover effect. There are pictures and buttons with “Shop Now” “Explore Now” and such yet the buttons either are non interactive and it looks they don’t work on mouse-over. The direction works obviously since its patched to the whole image but my question is:
Is it like that in the actual theme itself or its something else ?
The buttons you see like that are actually images with texts and buttons within images not a separate buttons. Banner blocks will have button in theme settings depending on those blocks. Normally, if the banner blocks are very small, it will not have button
Can I edit the product details page Reviews by myself or only the buyer can edit it?
Are you asking about review function on product detail page? If yes, this function is using from an app and you need to use an app.
There an option to add a text slider with this theme?
Theme has rich text block you can add, we are not sure about the slider style of text block you mean
