Hello. After the update the “greed or carousel product” option seems to be failing. I can’t create a carousel of category products, it only gives me the following options:

Resolved. I have updated Elementor PRO and new versions of Woodmart theme. In one of the updates the parent theme had been activated, after updating everything and reactivating the child theme it has been solved.

Pre-purchase questions
1. Really like the Logo Centre Header demo, however, can you confirm if we can add the menu same as the ‘Advanced’ Header underneath? So under the logo, left would be your ‘Browse Categories’ mega menu, followed by the regular menu ‘Home’, ‘Shop’, ‘Blog’, ‘Pages’, ‘Elements’, ‘Buy’ – all aligned left of the page grid. Then on the right we can add icons for Search, Account, Wishlist, Cart etc.
2. With regards the product filters in the Hidden Sidebar. Is it possible to select multiple options, then have an ‘Apply’ button. Currently you have Ajax instant sorting, but we would prefer to be able to select several options before the sort.
3. Single Product. Product Images without thumbnails, is it possible to have Nav Dots to indicate there are more images? Currently you have to mouse over to see the scroll arrows.
4. Single Product. Sticky Images, can this be combined with ‘without thumbnails’ option? or with thumbnails bottom?
5. Single Product – mobile. Can the ‘Description’ tab be default closed?
6. Search Feature. Love the instant search results. I note on the demo, the results show Products, then below, ‘Results From Blog’. Could we change this to Pages (and also define which pages can appear in the search instant results)?
7. In the demo, you have the Country menu top left. These are not working links in the demo, but can you confirm if this will change the currency? If so, are additional plugins required?
8. I am super impressed with the speed and download size of individual pages. Are your demos using caching, and if so can you please advise what caching/optimisation plugin(s) you are using?
9. On mobile, you have the sticky quick icons/links at the bottom of the page. Can the ‘My Account’ be changed to ‘Search’?
10. In the off-canvas Shopping Cart, I note the feature “Add $xxxx to cart and get free shipping!”. We have several shipping levels that are free at a certain spend value. We are using Table-rates plugin to facilitate this. How does your feature work with multiple shipping options? eg. Add $52 for free 3-day delivery, or $199 for Next Day delivery”.

2. You can’t do this in the off-canvas sidebar. It is possible only when you place our filters element on the shop page like this https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-filters/
3. There is no such option in our product thumbnails, unfortunately.
4. Yes, you can create such a layout with the Elementor product page builder.
5. You can do this only with the accordion tabs layout.
6. There is no such option in our search form.
7. It is possible only with the additional plugin WPML and it is not included.
8. Yes, we use the WP Rocket cache plugin on our demo which makes it super fast.
9. Unfortunately, there is no search icon option there.
10. It works with a single rule only, there is no such flexibility there.

All buttons are text-transform: uppercase – We want them all with no transformation.
I can add CSS no problem but wondered if there was a smarter way for me to do this so we don’t end up with so much css bloat. I cant see a setting on buttons for this? is there one? or shall we jus tuse css overwrite?

hi, i want to create a megamenu so i use HTML block with elementor. Then a use “extra menu list item” and i want to link to a product category. So i set link as https://my-domain.com/product-category/mycategory/. But if i change woocommerce Permalinks from “product-category” to something else then i have to change all mega menu links? Moreover as my site is multilingual and the language is set as a parameter (https://my-domain.com/?lang=fr) so i have to set for each mega menu item the full url for every language? Is any simpler method? thanks

The theme looks good but i have some questions. if i want to make virtual and digital download product selling site, is it possible. in WooCommerce there are options for virtual and digital products, can i use both of these options while using your theme? 2. can i install demo fully like it is showing. 3. do you provide any payment gateway service or which payment gateway is supported by the theme 4. Is there any review options on the theme, if customers buy my products so they can review, is it possible. 5. if customer creates an account then what pages the customer can see, i mean what would be the design of customers profile page?

I bought 3 times a license now, but still I think it is incomplete. You said year ago we will think about it to make it better for the print industry. But the Demo Digital is still not changed. If you want to sell for example business carts, then you have to choose format, paper, quantity and then you see the price. We plan to purchase your theme for an client. We using membership plugin to hide products for specific user role. Your ajax live search still show the products for all user roles. We asked membership plugin to fix it, but they told us that depends to your code “their code to query products from db is not fine. Code based on wordpress codex will not show products which you hide via our memberhsip plugin”....
Do you fix it if we purchase again your theme? We have this case with all membership plugins. After we switched to another theme the issue was solved. But we still wanna use woodmart in our next client project.
