I have also figured out the problem with Elementor is a basic typography error that goes away when debugt is turned off and it isn’t afffecting the design of the theme anywhere that I can see.Lastly I have narrowed my menu problem down to elementskit lite and I’m trying to get that solved in their community. I did download the latest version available to me and it has the updated version of instive essentials 1.9. When I do a regular update of plugins I can never get that version. essentials 1.9 is working correctly.
how do we go about getting the new version with the new framework?

I purchased this theme almost 2 years ago and I am not going to purchase support for a broken plugin that is required to run the theme. I would rather just purchase a new theme if I’m going to have to do that everytime something breaks because it is outdated. Elementor Pro v3.5.0, elements kit lite + pro, wordpress 5.8.3 and I have to disable the instive essentials plugin. If I enable it, it breaks my site with a long white page of errors. It’s causing my elements kit nav menu not to function properly. It also means I can’t use services. Please advise as to the fix for this.
I am using Elementor v3.5.5I redownloaded the theme and installed the plugin from the download and I”m not getting and now my page sizing and layout is all over the place and I am getting critical error message if I try to edit in elementor. I am working with them as well…it might not necessarily be this theme, it could be elementor
I forgot to mention if I turn off debug I get no errors but if I turn debug on I am getting the same errors as khombex

I have an error from the theme, my site is naledifp.co.ls Unfortunately i cant create a ticket at support though i have renewed my support. When i add a product while creating a ticket it says my product key has already been used with another user.

After installing the theme, a plugin called “elements kit” is asking me for an email to work correctly. Once I put an email into this plugin, which is super NON GDPR compliant, guess what?
The plug in doesn’t work, which means the headers and footers won’t update. I need assistance with this, otherwise this whole theme is useless.

Elementor is not loading at all on our backend to edit the pages and header. We use Elementor Pro and have never experienced this before. I there something we are missing?

1) Please check the .htaccess file is missing or not. If it’s missing, then upload the .htaccess file in the root directory.
2) Flash the permalink from Dashboard> Settings> Permalinks> Select postname and Save changes.

The htaccess file is present on the website, i have also made sure the permalink structure is postname. However whilst it looks like it has pulled the pages over and media within the demo install. All the pages show as 404 error with no content. Are the files missing within the demo install link? Id so please advice how we can get the demo content to actually load

Hello, the demo uses different header styles for each of the six available home templates. But the other pages and the service pages are using the header from home no. 1. I have now tried to apply one header (header home no. 4) to all other pages by changing its condition to “Entire site”, but i do not see any changes. Anything that i missed? Looking forward to your answer.

It’s 1 month+ since we updated version 1.1.8. Please, check the comment section, do you see any issue like you said site crash with version 1.1.8.
It can be happen for others plugins, not for our theme.
My suggestion is restore your site to tell the hosting support. After that update all plugins on a staging site and then update the theme.
