hello, I am trying to install a new template and I cannot add the plugins, I have loaded the theme twice and the plugins show me an error indicating that I should update them but in reality they are not updated and it does not allow me to import the content or anything associated to be able to move forward.

How can I even edit a insurance page without Elementor. Really shit template. You can’t change things.

Actually this page is edited with Elementor builder. And its easy to edit those pages with Elementor if you just enable the post types in Elementor settings. See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/8vDqgLWe7rZs Now we have no plan to change this things.

Hello, I have been running this theme for about 4 years now and I love it however with the newest updates my site has crashed and I am getting this error. I had to put my site in maintenance mode until I figure it out because I don’t want my business to look janky lol

Hi there, I have installed the updates for all the required plugins for this theme and latest version of WordPress updated too. As soon as the updates are completed Elements Kit plugin “Headers” are no longer showing on my individual page. I am using “Singular selective option have a different header for each page”. Footer is working fine.
FYI .. Headers option is activated into the settings area. I have also tested it with deactivating all plugins and activating one by one again but no luck.
My support has expired but I feel this support should be from the theme itself. It there are such issues reported, it should be added somewhere so we can resolve it ourselves.
please advise if someone has same issue and have solutions to this. I greatly appreciate any support on this.

“Singular selective option have a different header for each page” this feature comes from the ElementsKit plugin.This functionality was formerly free, but they added it to the pro edition of the ElementsKit plugin in the most recent update. So, if you want this feature now, you have to use the pro version of ElementsKit plugin.

How come with the header six template, It is visible on the home page but when active on any other page the header is completely invisible until I start scrolling down the page? It’s only visible as a sticky menu.
