It is because you are installing whole zip file downloaded from ThemeForest which is wrong. You need to unzip it and only need to install houzez_v2.5.2.zip

Excellent work Is it possible to add new fields (type: Text, number, file upload) to the Agent, Owner and Agency profile? These fields must be filled in during registration for the account to be activated.
We only have option to add new fields for property. If you need to add for agent etc then you have to add in code using child theme.

Before buying the template I wanted to ask you a question: I want to use this template for a site that has numerous properties, the property images are of different sizes and formats, even vertical photos. Is it a problem to have different images? Do you think displaying properties can be a problem? Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

This morning I woke up and my website had the following error: There has been a critical error on this website.
I did a few tests and the Redux Framework plugin seems to be the problem. But then I tested the Redux plugin with a different theme and it worked, so the Houzez theme is the problem.
