PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. with all the plugins . Thank you

The changelog says the current version is 3.0 but when I download and install, I have the version 2.8 with log of bugs, Import not showing properly and the woocommerce file are outdated. Also no slides files in the demo package except for 1(woomart)
