Hi, does this theme support RTL in all demos and Elementor widgets? Are all demo pages created with Elementor? Also, if there are any issues, do you provide good support and resolve problems effectively?

I recently purchased the Flipmart theme from ThemeForest. After installing it, I attempted to install the required plugin “Flipmart Essential”, but the process failed with the following message:

Downloading installation package from http://ckthemes.com//required-plugins/flipmart-essential.zip…

I also tried to access http://ckthemes.com/ directly in the browser, but the domain appears to be down with the error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

This issue is preventing me from fully using the theme as intended. Could you please provide an alternative download link for the required plugin or fix the DNS issue with the domain?

Hi, there is a problem with theme. After installation on wordpress 5.6 (mentioned on your page as last version of presta it is compatible with) I’m trying to install woocommerce, but it requires wordpress 6.5, same with elementor. How can i solve this issue? We tried also with installation on wordpress 6.5 but then it is not possible to install predone websites.

We would like to get a refund for the following purchase code f7fc79d4-ed91-4271-ae65-65d2da8f0b38, purchased on 1 Feb 2024. The product does not work as intended and does not appear to be well supported. At least one of the bundled plugins no longer exists and the latest version of the theme completely breaks site layout and there is no longer an option to customize the theme on the WP dashboard. We tried installing the theme on one website, but it has since been rolled back and isn’t in use anywhere.
