Hi, when importing the latest version of the “Querida” demo I don’t see any slider and several errors appear with them, should I deactivate some plugins, or have the Revolution slider in some version for the demo to work correctly and load 100%?

The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the latest theme update so you can use the theme on latest version of WordPress.

Hello, When I install the template I bought in 2020: Querida, and I activate the querida-core plugin, my site disappears. I can no longer use it. How should I do it? The template has not been updated since October 2021.

Please first check do you have the latest version of our theme and all required plugins. Follow this article in order to update them properly. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with the available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin, so unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

Thanks for the response, but I afraid that your themes are not ready for production sites. Javascript errors in console makes any site slow, unstable and bad for SEO…
But in my oppinion the worst part is no ETA for fix all errors. They are present from the last 3 months (at least, according to your changelog…).
This is not a good sign for fast support.

We included the compatibility with WordPress 5.7.1 version in the latest update, which means that the Perfect Scrollbar error is resolved. However, in the case that the error occurs, you can always apply the solution from this article.

I can’t get the demo content to upload onto BlueHost’s servers after changing all of the PHP settings. I set up a domain on GoDaddy hosting to try it there but I the theme won’t allow me to “deregister” on BlueHost, so it’s telling me the license is already in use when I try to import the demo content on GoDaddy’s servers. I am absolutely incensed at the extreme delays caused every single time I purchase one of these templates. The customer service is terrible. How can you make people wait a day or more to get answers for a premium template? These are the same issues every single time.

You clearly didn’t read my message. I clicked to “deregister” the theme. The button simply refreshes the page without any change. Thus I cannot deregister the theme. Please advise.
I have tried deregistering in both Chrome and Safari. It will not allow me to deregister. I submitted a request to the help center yesterday. I have not received any response.
