I have tried to set up the theme, but the styling looks like a mess. I have followed the correct steps for uploading the demo content. I wrote to email support a few minutes ago because i have problems with this Template. I download the template and chil too. Then i download and update all the required plugins and finally the demo with the plugin unyson. But the template doesn’t work like the preview. Only two plugins is impossible to update: JetElements for Elementor and Jet Tricks. What i have to do?

Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WpBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor Page builder in new pages, posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with WpBakery plugin.
The WpBakery page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page Elementor builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

I’m trying to register to themessupport.com but I do not receive any emails from website. So I can’t go on. I’ve already bought theme but when I install plugins two of them get update error.
For first one (Envato Market) I’ve updated manually downloading the latest version directly from Envato Website. For second one (JetThemeCore) I cannot find a solution on my own.
This is the error: Installed But Not Activated, Requires Update.
I can update until 2.0.4 but theme requires at least 2.0.5. Can you help me?

Update: theme installed. It took long to get the registration mail. Still can’t get to the support, it says wrong purchase code

I’m getting an error when activating the Design Theme Framework Plugin. Once activated Wordpress stops working and without this we are unable to import the demo.
