The theme does not work correctly with the multivendor Dokan plugin. The problem is that when importing, a white window appears and nothing happens, when switching to a standard Wordpress theme, everything works. I tried to disable everything, everything rests on a theme error. In general, the import of goods is blocked when working with Woodmart does not work. There is a Dokan and Woodmart plugin on the customer’s website – I’m trying to import a sample file from the dean – that is, 100% the right one. On woodmart it gives a white screen, on any other topic it works. I disabled all plugins – anyway, an error occurs with woodmart after loading just a white screen. There are no errors in the console, just does not go to the next url to determine the import fields, freezes on a white screen.

Hello. We know our support is expired but we could not find any information on the web or on your site. We have a bit issue and we would like to know the logic behind it. If we can identify the problem, we might be able to solve. So, we are hoping you can give some advice here.
We use “Login to see add to cart and prices feature”. We also use GeoTargetingWP to redirect users in the US to US website. When this feature is turned on, the redirect does not work. When the feature is off, the redirect works. Could you please tell us what might be causing this?

Yes, we use GeoTargetingWP plugin. The developers say that our plugin works without this feature turned on, so you better ask to theme developer. :)) We mostly need how that feature works, so we can at least troubleshoot the problem. Can you tell us where we should look at in the theme files?
Sorry, but we don’t have a solution. We don’t know how the plugin works and why it is affected by this option. It might be not fully compatible with our theme in this case.
Hello there.. The theme looks fantastic. However, I want to replace the SHOP and ADD To CART buttons with an Enquire Now button which opens a form popup.
Basically I want to remove the functions of ecommerce and just use the theme for view and enquire purpose.

Hey, I’m loving the theme so far. I have a few questions:
1. Could the filter be used for car tires? The options should be dependent on what is chosen at first, say if the first value is 165 then only a given set of values should be shown on the other dropdowns, which will be different if 175 is chosen.
2. Can a brand logo be shown besides the product thumbnails?
3. Possible to preview mobile version? When I inspected the site from desktop and previewed the responsive version it didn’t look good at all, over 70% of our traffic comes from mobile.
4. The product variations only change the first image, is it possible to change all images depending on the variation selected?

I don’t remember, there were some images of the single product gallery spilling out, the footer dropdowns don’t work and the “Show sidebar”, sometimes the text on shop thumbnails overlaps with the product image. Is it possible to see a real mobile version? The inspector tool on desktop is not the best. I really need to test the site on mobile as we are looking for a mobile first experience. A few other questions:
1. Will there be a price reduction anytime soon? 2. Why is the site demo so fast? Is it a cashed or preloaded version? 3. Is it possible to try out the theme before purchasing with my WordPress data, plugins and custom code? I would like to check if there are no major issues.

Input field for two-factor authentication code not showing when login from ‘my-account’ page. It’s showing “CODE REQUIRED: Please provide your 2FA code when prompted.” but nothing appeared. The login form which appears when hovering on account icon on header, input field for 2FA showing but doesn’t work and redirect to my account page and shows the message above. I am using Wordfence security plugin for two-factor authentication. It works well with WordPress login page. Also working with other themes.
