Pre-purchase question – I’m new to shopify, if I purchase this theme will it work as it is, or do I have to pay extra for apps?

Our theme only use a free review app to work as demo you are seeing.
And there are some functions you need to use from apps are below:
- Multiple languages – you need to use a supported app because it is required by shopify system - Instagram: We are having 2 types for this block, one is showing by static images you can upload in theme editor, one is from an app to connect with your instagram

We have checked on theme source and these issues don’t exist, we have seen many js errors may come from apps, let our team check it deeply and update you
For the third apps cannot show => It is not from our theme issue, you should contact your app provider.
If you are using say Home 01 – Default theme can you also use a child theme in same installation say the one page theme? Can you use two themes at same time within same installation? I ask because you do that in your demo and it’s something I need for different products.
It is not possible at this time but can be possible when we finish our new version of ella in the future.

This will be longer, our team is trying their best to finish soon but building from scratch with a multiple theme layouts is not easy and quick. Thank you so much
hello, i want to import theme with images,pages, and categories. not only layout. Can you please tell me how ? i writed email for 4days but didn’t reply.

For importing images, pages, categories, it is not possible because images has copyright, we are using from our resource with a copyright license.
Pages and Categories are demo datas which are created for each demo store separately, cannot import them into your site.
but i want categories like on your demo “supermarket 02”, can you tell me if i can import on my site or how te create please ?
You can not import them, they are only fake categories and we are not sure why you need our demo categories, they are just for showing

Yes, we are checking on this, we checked on our theme demo and it still works
I’m using Ella version 5.0.8
I found a “fix” I both marked “Enable Infinite Scrolling (Show More Button)” and “Enable Infinity Scroll Feature” and it worked.

Hi. When the child themes are going to be updated to Shopify 2.0?
Is it safe to use them now in production?

We will release Ella 6.0 soon, from now, we will include design of child themes into Ella with one theme source for easy use.
We expect to release new version at the end of this month of early of June.
New version will not have all of designs but will be updated in next version later asap.
New version is built from scratch.
You can continue using child theme now and then move to use ella when their design is released in the future
Thanks for the information, I need your help to do some customisations.
I want the collection section (homepage) to have a colourful background. While doing that from the sections settings, I have two options, either keep the background colour or have the collection title. I need to have both. please share some CSS codes or something to achieve that.
Also I need to have background colours for other sections. How to achieve that? Are there any CSS templates?
Could you please write this request in your ticket so we can reply via ticket because we need more detailed and check in theme.

I submitted public support ticket #3032030 through your system 3 weeks ago about the social share icons. Your team have made changes to files on my site, and I asked 2 weeks ago which files have been amended so I know not to change them when I update the theme. I chased this up last week, and I have just received a response yesterday to say that my support has now expired and that I need to purchase more to get a response. I can no longer comment on the ticket so I’m posting here.
I don’t think it is fair to have to pay for further support for this query when the delays have been from your team.

Is there a way to tag order for Pre-Order order?
Could you please explain more detailed for us? You would like to add tag for products which are set up as a pre-order product?
When the order include pre-order product, will the order be auto tagged pre-order? When customer purchase pre-order product, I go into order list and see which order has pre-order product so I can fulfill it later.

The sections are written for all pages, but mainly the sections are from Homepage and you can grab them from homepage to any other pages.
For other pages, they have a few sections because of the limitation of layout.
Example: If ella offer 40 sections, you can use them on other pages well.
