I think it could be hard to replace the audio player because it is connected with some tactical things but membership is not a big deal maybe. Actually, I’ve no idea about filter WP grid Builder.
For updates, you need to remember the customized template and then replace it. If you add some specific style then you can add it from WordPress customizer or you can remember the style snippet then you can add it into the style.css file. So it’ll be extra work when you’ll update the theme.

Yes, biggest problem will be the audio player. Is it custom made by you or an existing project like waveplayer? Only thing is missing the waveform when playing the file. Maybe I could hire a dev just to add the Audio Waveform.
Also, how does the preview audio works, is this a seperate audio file just for preview?

We’ve used APlayer https://aplayer.js.org/#/ but we’ve integrated it manually. We just used this player else nothing. We could also use a custom HTML player.

Yes, you can use preview audio from the preview field. I mean, preview file and downloadable files ( secured ) are different. For every item, you’ll get a preview field to play preview audio. A user can only download preview audio but not main audio.
When a customer will purchase audio he will download the main audio from his dashboard. You can also add audio variation. Ex: 1 license $50, 2 license $100 etc.

i’m not going to pay support service for this …. test on iphone … the only way it works is touching long the video thumbnail (that actually just shows the info) to see a preview, after doing this the thumbnail gets fixed. i tested this on 3 iphones , using safari and chrome and all gave me the same results. Also i can ask people from this “forum” about this to check it deeper.
