Hello, I’m again having a problem with product categories after I deleted the products that was in the theme, I uploaded my own and now I don’t see the arrow in the “Shop” and also the product categories are not in the filter thing but they are on the top of the page on Shop page, I watched your videos how to set this up, but I still have this problem, don’t you know where could be the problem? 1. Are you guys able to create a demo for Art selling (for people who wants to sell artwork)?
2. I see the you have “Deals ends in”, does you theme have a bidding / auction feature? if no, are you guys able to add it? This will get you more buys!

hi, have some issues with the responsive mode in the footer. in elementor its works fine and the section is 100% width but in real-time it’s separated to 3 columns side by side.

Hi Team,
When I am trying to customize the theme(changing the logo) every-time it’s screwing the header section. The vertical menu section is not working and also top menu section. It’s appearing in blue text and background is transparent with no visibility of the text. Kindly help.

Thanks for your response. It worked. it’s because of upload size. I placed the theme manually in the server via ftp and activated the theme after that.

Hello, I probably sent this message somewhere else, so I will say it again. I purchased MyDecor and I was editing every page, but then when I wanted to edit “Shop” page, there was an Elementor error saying: “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ fuction in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.” I tried to delete browser cache and also deacitvate all plugins, but none of this worked.

Because the Shop page is a special page. It uses the template of WooCommerce. And WooCommerce does not support user to edit with Elementor.
