Hi, I have a weird problem on my home page! When I am on my browser version computer everything is ok. On the other hand, when I put the site in smartphone or tablet version (via Chrome DevTools) I see some kind of blinking (every second). For 1 second the home page is clear and for 1 second it is more blurred! You have to look to see it, but it’s quite annoying. Do you know where it can come from?

hi, we are working on website with Urok theme purchased by our client through his Envato account. This theme is nice but there is an issue with the portfolio module, it shows max 3 columns not 4 even if being configured through visual composer. This happens on minor/equal 1440px resolution. We opened a ticket on your support but at the end the issue was not solved. Does anyone have the same problem? thank you.

Your theme doesn’t work with Wordpress? I had it installed on my site and it just doesn’t work anymore in the backend so I made a duplicate on my other server to test it and it still doesn’t work with a fresh copy with the demo content. The plan was to delete the original and put the new creation on there utilizing a clone migration so it can be a fresh new copy but it made no difference as I can’t even click any button in that migration tool since nothing works. I try to click any button, checkbox, even viewing a page with WPBakery doesn’t work unless I change it to the basic Wordpress theme and then everything in the backend works?? Please update your theme. Like I said, I installed correctly, it looks great on the outside but the dashboard doesn’t work on the backend. I’m not asking for support as it’s already expired, just asking you to update your theme for everyone that uses this because even the Chrome tools shows many errors but when I switch to a generic wordpress theme, no errors and the backend works.

Documentation is sparse. If you know how to use Visual Composer you’ll be fine, but if you’ve never used it before you have to learn that in order to understand how to use the theme – there isn’t any help with this aspect within the documentation at all. Very disappointing.
