Hello, In the mobile view, whenever a product is added to the cart, the cart button is not visible. is it possible to place a cart icon/button at the header beside the menu ? so that whenever an item is added it reflects to the number shown on the cart icon? Thank you.

It seems that the background image for one of the sections on the page with the notice is not properly referenced in Media Library (it is missing or the url is not correct). Please check the background images of the sections on the said page and choose a new image from the Media Library in the section where the background image is not correctly displayed in Edit Section popup. It should do the trick.
We will add additional checks to the theme code and publish the patch with the new theme update, so it does not display the warning message in these situations. The patch will be included in the next theme update.

Hi,
You have two sliders at the top of the page. Your hero section contains two columns and each column contains a separate slider. On mobile resolutions these stack on top of each other as they should.
Now, the right slider is set to be full screen, so when it drops down, it takes the full screen height, again as it should. Thus the space on top of the image – image height is less than the screen height, the difference becomes an empty space.
If you want to override this, you need to set the slider height to a different height for certain media query range (for example 60vh for screens of less than 600px in width) using custom CSS.
This is the selector you should aim for:
#my_custom_slider.bt_bb_height_full_screen .slick-slider .slick-slide{
height: 100vh;
}

The CSS is applied but is fairly basic. You can always add your custom css to apply the desired styling.
For example if you add the following statements to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

}
The background image will be set in the topmost section. Please adjust the image url as needed.

The Pawsitive theme does not require license activation for support and updates.
You have purchased the Pawsitive theme and the purchase code you are using is related to the theme purchase. On the other hand, you are probably trying to use that purchase code with the Bold Timeline plugin or Cost Calculator plugin which come with the theme.
You should not activate the licenses of packaged plugins
The packaged plugin updates will come packaged with new releases of the theme your client has purchased, Pawsitive.
Just ignore the plugin activation screen and you will be fine.

Pre sales question I am looking at purchasing this theme but would like to know how detailed can the booking calendar be.? For eg; in the demo you can click on the calendar for a beginning date but as in pet sitting there is an end date when the dog gets picked up for example not the same day Can the calendar be set up for a duration booking of more that 1 day? also how customisable is the Theme regarding colours etc ? Can own colours be chosen for backgrounds? Headings.? Etc

The booking form is a Contact Form 7 based form so you can modify it anyway you want (meaning you can easily add pickup date and pickup time) if needed.
The colors of headings and section backgrounds are fully customizable, meaning that by default they are based on the overall color scheme set in the theme customizer, but also can be overridden on per section / heading basis. This goes for almost all available page elements.

Here are the answers:
1. The theme does not support Elementor, you need to use Bold Page builder with Pawsitive
2. The svg icons have dozen of predefined color schemes based on the overall color scheme of the theme (which you can set in theme customizer). Png images need to be recreated in the photoshop using the intended color scheme.
3. The number of columns within shop archives and single product pages are not and will not be manageable using theme customizer, you need to add the code snippets, override the default templates or use third party plugins of your choice in order to achieve a different layout (this needs to be done on your side – unfortunately we are not available for customization or custom development services at this time).
4. Yes as it is the default functionality of WooCommerce and Pawsitive fully supports WooCommerce.

Hello. I already checked the search bar and in fact that is the bar that interests me, I only have one doubt, when I check it on a computer the search bar appears at the top of the screen and that is great, but when I check it on mobile it appears until below the products and I don’t like that, when editing the template is it possible to set the search bar at the top for mobile or is it not possible? Is it possible to pin the search bar on the home screen of the site? Or is there a way to fine-tune a search bar with the editor integrated into the template?
I think it would be easier for users to have that bar at their fingertips in case they are looking for a specific product and not go around so much, let’s imagine that they saw a particular product on social networks and only came to look for that product and there is no bar on the main page to help you with that, you will leave my site because it is complicated to buy.
