Already performed this test at the same date when I posted the complaint & it was same issue. However if you have changed the package zip file, I will check it anytime.

the premium plugins they offer are original and automatically updatable? value from: $433 to $0?
The plugins are just bundled with the theme, so, we are not able to re-distribute the licenses to our customers because of the copyright.
You have 2 choices to update the plugins.
Option 1: You can purchase your own plugin’s license to active them to receive automatic updates.
Option 2: You also can get plugin updates each time our theme is updated. If you choose this option you will need to wait for a next update.

I am installed theme and import one template. and installed all the required plugins(you are provided). after that website is very slow. it will take 1.5min avg. And i am not installed any other plugins without your required plugins. please guide me to increase speed.

hi, I am finding that the THEME OPTION vs Appearance > Customise section is overiding the SITE INFO that has the INSTA and FB default settings all the time.
This is driving me nuts.

1. I noticed in smartphone, there is no quick view / compare / wishlist as they would appear when we hover on the product image in desktop / laptop. Is there an option to make them appear for smartphone users?
2. The Add to Cart button is also missing in smartphone for products displayed in the homepage. Can I make the Add to Cart button appear like in the desktop?
3. Also, the demo sites loading speed are quite slow. Please tell me the speed is not an issue if I bought it
4. Can I import / use this demo https://minimog.thememove.com/megamog/ for my site? Asking cause other demos says “Free” but this one says “Mega”
5. There are 4 bottom menus in smartphone i.e Home, Shop, Wishlist and Cart. Can we re-order / change them with other menu / add fifth menu such as Login?

Just purchased the theme and tried to install on a brand new fresh WP Engine dev. environment. Immediately upon installing the 21! plugins, I began getting redirect errors and was not able to access my dashboard. Tried going through the Elementor setup, but got redirect error on all of the 5 steps just trying to connect the Elementor account to my new install environment. Please refund me the $19 paid as this theme is not ready to be sold with so much bugginess happening just from the start.

Hello Support, I am trying to edit the pages of my website https://thimblesandthreads.store using Elementor. But it has stopped working today (maybe due to a theme update today).
When I switch the theme to a basic theme like the Hello theme, then the Elementor editor works fine. So, it seems to be an issue with the theme.

That way I can generate multiple feeds for different countries¤cies and then upload to google, the url of products for each feed are different too.

I have try the theme with good hosting server, and try all thing for make more faster, is beauitful theme but really not fast, is coming with so much plugin. So i will not use this theme until the speed was better. on their product page they say it is optimized to load quickly but is not true.
