Installed in seconds – but any attempt to install demo content fails and the theme settings page throws a critical error. Sent you a ticket – hoping for lightning fast service!
And although I registered, activated license and email account was confirmed, i can’t log in to view my ticket, or reset the password on that account. Hopefully things will improve soon – basic things seem broken currently.

Submitted a ticket, really need to be able to add blocks/pages, can’t do that right now. Didn’t have these issues with the Hub theme, hope you guys can get Archub working like Hub ASAP.
It’s resolved already which was caused by a 3rd party plugin.
Hi, I’m unable to import any blocks/sections or pages. The ArcHub Collections module is empty and says “Stay Tuned! More awesome templates coming soon.”

Great theme. But the license is now on the fritz and I can not begin work on my project which would include installing demo content for design settings and then getting to work with content management… Maybe the theme’s license API needs to be on a more stable server?

well, what’s the difference between Hub and Archub ? it let me feel like I have paid 10 usd more.

We don’t know where to start because they are completely different from each other. Hub is a multi purpose theme while ArcHub is a creative theme with architecture, interior design and construction demos. Hence, they offer different widgets and designs. They are both top-tier teams with a different approach. By the way, this is an introduction price for the release. The price will go up very soon.

Guys, this is really frustrating: I have purchased the theme. Wanted to install it. Firstly you asked me to activate ArcHub.
On the page https://portal.liquid-themes.com/login I tried to Register. The registration formular says: f*@*m is already a list member. Use PUT to insert or update list members. OK, I have bought Hub – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme some time ago – so I have probably forgotten the password. Then I tried “Forget password”. The formular says: f@**m – No user with the given email was found. Please let me know, how can I start using the PURCHASED theme. Thank you.

No. I reset my website, and now it says the license is invalid. It’s the same website. There’s no place to unregister, and re-register even on liquid portal. It shows my website but wouldd’t register.
