I’m having this issue when testing the contact forms with the theme:
Address not found Your message wasn’t delivered to contact@sway-theme.com because the domain sway-theme.com couldn’t be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again. The response was: DNS Error: DNS type ‘mx’ lookup of sway-theme.com responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: sway-theme.com
I have pointed DNS records to gmail as well as installed the WP SMTP but I’m still getting this issue and I cannot find anywhere this information is being stored.
It seems the contact forms are using the themes template for emails. How do i fix this?

This is a great theme, but it should available with Elementor in future update. This is very important, because no one is using WPBakery Page builder anymore, everyone is switching to Elementor. It’s a beautiful theme, it would make it even better!

The theme is based around WPBakery Page Builder and adding Elementor at this stage is not that easy. We are considering switching to Elementor for our next themes.
WPBakery is still being used by almost all big authors on ThemeForest. It’s a stable page builder that runs smoothly on both backend and frontend. If you’re having trouble editing your website, you can open a support ticket and our team will gladly help out.
If you’re not satisfied with the theme and wish to switch to Elementor, you can open a refund request.

You guys are wrong. WPBakery is dead. Software industry only moves forward not backwards. I am not planning to request a refund, I was just giving you some good advice that will help you increase your sales. I can hire a developer for $500 to convert your theme to an Elementor based theme so I would rather do that.
We are also considering switching to a modern page builder like Elementor with our future themes. Feel free to follow us on ThemeForest for updates.

Hi, seems you guys are doing the same thing you did with Ekko with the updates. New section blocks, Elements, and real feature improvements are needed. Not more fluff templates which are just new themed images on a previous old template. It’s 2022 now.

Please keep in mind that this is a one-time purchase product with a lifetime license. Not to be confused with a membership-based product where features are available for a small monthly fee.
It is simply impossible for us to keep this theme updated by adding new features in a market that promotes only products added in the last year. Right now, our focus is on creating new templates and bringing fresh designs and ideas.
If you’ve followed us closely, you may have noticed that each new theme release came with new features, blocks, and elements. This is our business model and our current promise to our client base.

I really like your theme and wanted to know if there is a header builder? On the demos I see that all the headers are the same and I wanted to know if it was possible to put the logo in another place easily without going through css (above the menu, between 2 menus…).

So there is no header builder (with WpBakery for example), we can only configure the header at the level of the general options of the theme?
Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t offer a header builder feature. You can check out the header options with the theme documentation.

Unfortuantely, this option is not available with the current theme settings. You may need to add custom code to implement this feature. If you can’t do this yourself, I recommend hiring a professional WordPress developer to assist you with this case.
Hi. Quick pre-purchase question. Is it easy to change the alignment on the footer widgets? I see in some demos they are aligned left, some right and some center. I am hoping the theme has options to control this? Thanks!

1. Transparent header for mobile
The theme doesn’t currently offer this option. The header bar on mobile takes a static background color. Our support team can help set the header to transparent using custom CSS.
2. Add a button to mobile sticky menu
This option is also not available, however our support team can help out.

We are using ‘Neue haas unica’ ( Adobe/Typekit font ). You can use ‘WhatFont’ Chrome extension to check out fonts used on any website. Thank you.
