I understand perfectly, but what you cannot do is have a template with so many errors and stop responding in a short period of time. I have tried other templates to make sure it is wrong and it is. the same with your last theme in moodle (Edumy) and i make the same mistake only for a beauty theme but really with a bad code.

I purchased the Edumy Moodle theme from you and now you removed it from Themeforest and in its place you have moved to a subscription plan.
