With respect to your query here, well unfortunately this is currently not possible with the theme’s default functionality at the moment. You have to involve some customisations to have that achieved as well.

I’ve got presale questions:
1) When I buy Jobify, can I edit the design of the template (e.g. delete some sections) or do I need to have Elementor for that?
2) Regarding promotional packages, I want to create packages that allow companies / job poster to have their job listing shown right on the first page or at the very top of the job listing. Is that possible and, if yes, how?

With respect to your query here, well Jobify template is solely designed with the WordPress Widgets. Thus it will be much easier to remove sections that you do not want on your site. However, if you want to use it with Elementor, you would need to add the Elementify plugin to include the support.
To be able to create a package you will need to first have the paid listings plugin for WP Job Manager so that you can link it to WooCommerce and create packages as WooCommerce products. Within this process of plan creation, there is usually a section to enable a plan for featured listings. Once this is checked, the Job listing that is created with this plan will always be featured.
Employers do not have to create or add jobs to your site by registering. There is an option under the job listing settings to disable this under Job listings > settings > Job Submissions > Account creation and uncheck this.

hello, first i must congrats you on your epic theme. second if you allow it i have some pre sale questions:
1) i currently have a live job board site in Arabic language based on wp job manager plugin free version and Kadence theme free version, if i install your theme would every thing about the jobs be migrated with ease or it won’t be compatible with wp job manager plugin?
2) dose your theme work with all import plugin so i can easily bulk import jobs from csv file in the future? or is there a recommended plugin to bulk import jobs into your theme ?

With respect to your query here:
- Once the theme is installed all the jobs should remain as the Jobify theme also uses the WP Job Manager plugin as its core plugin.
- Well, you can export or import job listings with the WP All Import plugin as it is supported.
- The theme meets all the required standards for the web industry. Slowness may be caused by additional files like images, scripts, and others. However, this can always be handled by a caching/speed plugin
- Well, if you need extra features like paid features you will need to buy extra plugins for it to work in our theme. The functionality you see on the demo to some extent does include paid and free plugins as well.
- By default the theme does support the Arabic translations but it could also be dependent on the translation plugin you use.
- Our support time is Monday to Friday from 8 to 4 am Indian time. All responses are handled within a period of not more than 48 hours.
- There is no limit to handling a number of job listings with the theme.
- Well, for codes you can add them under the customizer section in additional CSS, or you can add them within the child theme.
- Unfortunately we currently do not have an RTL demo for our theme. The theme does have several skins you can choose from. But they may be designed with extra third-party plugins which are paid.
- No the Wp Job Manager addon plugins do not come in GPL license with the theme. You would have to get them separately as these are additional features that are being added to the theme.
- Yes indeed it is possible to allow employers to post jobs for free with this theme whereby you do not have to charge any job packages on your site.
- The theme indeed does support Gurternbug and as for Elementor you would have to get the Elementify plugin for you to be able to have compatibility with Elementor builder.

Is there any reason why the CSS file is a whooping 2.2 mb? Its quite important these days to optimize the load time and Unused CSS. Any tips on handling this?

With respect to your query here, most of of our the code in such CSS files are really important for the styling of the theme and the file is being used in a couple of pages of the theme as a whole. We have also optimised it to remove comas and unnecessary spaces for minification purposes. You can further perform minification and other optimization tool/plugins online should you need to scale it further down.

Does your plugin have an option to review a job application by the admin before that application is sent to the poster?
In other words: let’s say I found a job post that I’m interested in and I decide to apply for it. Here the admin will review my application and my profile before I send it, to check if I am the right fit for that position. If my application is approved then the employer will receive a message with my message.

With respect to your query here, well the ability to hide some features or sections in the theme is not possible. You can only do so with the WP Job Manager Visibility plugin.
As for the creation of two user profiles with different abilities in terms creation and showing of job listings via free and paid methods would be something that requires custom work to achieve.
Usually with our theme it has several roles like Employee and candidate which are assigned based on the settings you choose.
When it comes to job posting, Employers can list a job on the site and do a payment for it. Candidates do not require to pay anything as they are there to apply for the job.

With respect to your query here, unfortunately such a functionality of visibility is not included within this theme. It would require a lot of custom work to have that achieved. There are however visibility plugin around but am not certain they work in that manner. The Jobify theme is simply a listing Job board theme where users can list their job vacancies.

With respect to your query here, well this is currently not possible to give ratings score for employees from candidates. However this is a feature that can be added in the near future.
As for jobs being listed on the homepage that is very much possible to do as the site is controlled via widgets thus one can add a job widget to the homepage template.
Yes it is possible to have some chosen jobs as featured. Usually featured job listings are displayed first in the search results page.
