Kindly assist. I have experience fetal error recently when I activated and deactivated this theme. I just download a recent copy and try uploading to my site but receive the follow error..

Thanks are @TrippleS.. Plugin was updated successfully following the instructions. The latest version is the 2.8 correct? Now there, are two errors showing up. 1. When I try to customized the theme and apply changes I get error “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again”. After a couple of seconds/minutes when I try, it remain the same and I get the same error. 2. Now, I also try to customize the widget area where I have an ad banner. But there is this error also….. “Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home1/edentrhc/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 1181

Which I don’t want. This widget shows the ad but the error is still there along side the ad banner. Any help will be greatly appreciated and plugin I could use to fix this. Thank you!

I see those are warning from default WordPress and not from our News247 Theme : /home1/edentrhc/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 1181
Make sure all plugin are up to date. And if you are on localhost you can turn off debug mode to follow the doc. Warning is not harmful. It shows because of your php version and for other factors.

Hi, I bought your theme, I love it. But I am facing an issue since I installed it. The ads banner on the header doesnt work. I was using Wordpress 6.0.1. Later I downgraded to wordpress 5.8.4. But Still it dosent work. They say “news247_ads_banner_widget has some error”

If anyone already updated, Please downgrade the WordPress version to 5.9.3 until we release a new update of our theme with the WordPress 6.0 compatibility.
You can use this plugin to easily downgrade the WordPress version. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downgrade/
NB: Also, please disable the auto-update of WordPress from your server. it will prevent such issues in the future.
