Payment methods (woocommerce) are not working.

When I activate stripe or woocommerce payments it’s not showing up, could this be looked at please. The other themes work, so it’s a problem related to the Amina theme.

Hi, the theme is still on version 1.0.0 and Neuron Builder is at 1.0.4.1. Why is there no update option? I do have Envato Market plugin connected but update option is still not working for some reason. Thank you.

WTh how come i can not get support when the core plugin you are using in your theme cause total breakdown.

Why am I getting this message?? “License Verification – Enable the Neuron Builder License Verfication through Envato, the verification will unlock various features of the theme.” This is so frustrating, I would like a refund.

It seems that you haven’t activated the Neuron license, you can do it by going to Dashboard > Neuron > License.

on our website https://www.knobsdots.com/ I made some changes in menu (adding and removing categories) and menu on desktop changed design.

Now it looks like https://freeimage.host/i/DrzpdN . But previously looks like menu which you have in demo https://freeimage.host/i/DrIThu. Where can I change this menu design? I could not find it even in you documentation. Thanks

We’ve just released an update of the Neuron Builder plugin (version 1.0.6.0), to make it compatible with Elementor 3.7.0, please update the Neuron Builder plugin by going to Dashboard > Plugins and you’ll see the update button there.

If you can’t see the update there, go to Dashboard > Updates > Check for updates.

Hi my support issue was marked as closed thank you for your help with some of the issues that were solved BUT we’re still waiting for an update with the product widget not allowing us to select the products we need and the other issues with products not working properly we had discussed since Xmas 2021 that we are waiting for an update on.

I have reopened the ticket as we are also facing new issues with some products not aligning properly in the checkout price and currency and the product are not aligned.

Please let the team know as we are still awaiting help/updates on the previous issues too.

Ok i think i want to be refund.

I just bought your template 10mn ago.

I install it and the child theme.

I cliked on theme setup, i have step for name of my site, tagline etc i skip everything to do this after.

But i have acces to nothing with your template.

I have juste now Theme setup.

Now when i click on theme setup i have again this step ” site identity”, ok i filled

and “installation” they say All plugins are installed & activated. Ok good

And after “license verification”

But i dont know “license verification” its a blank page so i cant do nothing i cant put mmu license envato.

I cant import demo, i dont have acces to your options theme.

I got nothing with your template.

What ’ a mess your installation i never see this before.

On your folder template i downloaded i found neuron plugin.

I install it.

Now i have neuron option on mmy backoffice.

I want demo import.

This support is basically non existant, theme is simply unsuable with all the issues and bugs that have been reported weeks ago but no one cares, BEWARE before you purchase this theme, just know that you’re on your own in terms of support and fixing issues and bugs.

And yes I have opened tickets on their supposed support system, no responses there.

You guys used to be good now it’s FRUSTRATING dealing with you:

Why is it so HARD to get support from you guys on issues that we’ve been reporting to you for months now? Your support used to be GOOD and HELPFUL when we first got the theme and that was why we asked you before we bought the second theme if those issues would be resolved to which you assured us they would.

Still, they haven’t and now more issues have come up and we can’t even get a reply after weeks of asking for assistance.

I think we’ve been very fair and patient in dealing with you guys but when you chose to ignore customers on the support they have paid for as part of your package how do you expect the customers to react?

(We already have ticksy numbers so please don’t reply by saying go to ticksy for the support we need you to Provide the actual Support )

Just curious if anyone (or from your own team) has managed to use product variants in this theme, if they’d work (for example diff color swatches, clickable and changing the product image or other variants like size etc) would love to see it in action thinking to go for this theme for a clothing brand in which case variants would be necessary thanks

Yes, of course, that you can create variable products with our Amina theme, you can create your own style of the variable products, or you can import one of the pre-made templates of the Neuron library, where you can find some product templates that also contain variable products.
