Temanızı satın alıp kullandığım websitemde ürünlerimiz entegrasyon ile erp programından gelmekte. Burada ürün görselleri farklı boyutlarda ve miktar olarak çok fazla resim var. Bunları manuel boyutlandırmaya kalkarsam çok büyük zaman ve emek gerekiyor. Tema ayarlarında böyle bir ayar göremedim ama bana önerebileceğiniz tüm ürün resimlerini sabit bir boyutta sitede nasıl yayımlayabilirim ?

On my website, where I buy and use your theme, our products come from the erp program with integration. There are a lot of product images here in different sizes and quantity. If I try to size them manually, it takes a lot of time and effort. I could not see such a setting in the theme settings, but how can I publish all the product images you can suggest to me in a fixed size on the site?
Please, update all woocommerce files outdated in theme. As example the file cart.php is from WC 3.8.0. We need an update.

Edit: Nevermind, I just installed the CLASSIC WIDGETS plugin and it resolved the issue.
I see people still create tickets normally, you can login with your envato account or enter the purchase code to verify.
Your demo does not appear to be working; when adding items to the cart, the items do not appear in the cart nor in the cart icon at the footer of mobile view. Is there a working demo I can try before deciding on a purchase?

I’ve inherited a website using this theme. They needed their hours updated so I made those changes in the widgets section of the footer. It works fine when I view the desktop version. However the changes aren’t reflected in the mobile view. I’ve been looking around and can’t locate how to make the mobile view match the desktop view. Is there another setting that I’m unaware of? The problem is I don’t have the purchase number because the original designer is gone and I didn’t order the theme on my Envato account. I’ve accessed the file manager for the hosting account but don’t see a purchase order file. Only the theme files. I just need to know why the mobile view doesn’t reflect the changes that were made in the Widget area.
maybe you are having a problem. theme will switch with device screen. This is a mobile interface, you will find the widget works perfectly on mobile.

Hello there, our theme has been working fine on our website www.taubys.com. Until recently when some changed brought in one issue.
Our payment gateway is integrated and smooth (CCAvenue India). For COD orders, woocommerce is generating order emails. But for ccavenue paid orders, acknowledgement page is not appearing after payment done and the woocommerce order emails are not working.
Would you be able to help on this?
You need to install and use smtp. Because by default the mail port of hosting and server is blocked by anti-spam law.

I believe the version of the theme I have is broken. I noticed a newer version is available but my theme doesn’t have any available upgrade options. I have made multiple attempts to change navigation bar and header and it doesn’t change. The header styles are not saving. I have made numerous attempts to contact someone from nouthemes without any luck.
I’ve tried to send a support ticket but it keeps saying the purchase code listed in my account is for a different product. I feel like I’m being robbed at this point

I saw that almost all the pages have a MEGA header that ocupate almost 80 or 90% of screen… for what? its possible to solve this? Would like that the header (where. is the. breadcrump) will be minimal… no sense to have so big space just for breadcrump. when the important is the content..
