Hello, I noticed recently that I can’t edit my website in Elementor. I have 2 websites with your theme and both are not working, the same problem. When I open Elementor, the gray circle on the left is spinning and I can’t edit anything. Something is not compatible with your theme, could you please fix this, what can I do? I can’t send you a ticket because my support expired a long time ago.

Elementor: Our theme supports the latest version of the theme. We posted an update over a month ago due to an Elementor update. Make sure you are using the latest version. I am using the latest version of everything, I always update my websites. I can’t edit my 2 websites in Elementor, your theme is broken. So, despite that, you are telling me that even though your theme is NON-FUNCTIONAL, I have to pay $41 for your support? That is very wrong.
Please tell me how I can update your crucial plugin Progression Theme Elements because I can’t find it inside your zip download of the latest version of your theme. In which folder are the plugins that I need to replace on the web? Thanks
I found the problem! On Theme Forest (https://themeforest.net/downloads), if you download the latest version of your theme (without a license – wordpress only), there is no folder with plugins in downloaded zip! Only when you download EVERYTHING (all files & documenation), then you get plugins. Even my theme was updated to the latest version, I fixed my Elementor by installing Progression Theme Elements plugin manually. Now it works!

Hi, I’m having trouble positioning the hamburger menu icon in mobile mode. It basically goes over the page title and is hard to read. I tried to disable the page title but it also removes the background image. I tried to adjust the menu icon padding but it’s not satisfactory. How can I fix it?

Hi, I am interested to the theme, but I would like to know if i need to buy an Elementor license to use Elementor for this theme. I see that this theme hasn’t been updated since Nov 2022, there is any update scheduled this year?
No additional purchases are necessary. Elementor is free and open source, the pro version is not required nor recommended.
Updates: We update and maintain all of our themes. At this point the updates are not often as we have already made 12. The theme has been extensively tested at this point and bug free. In addition we have implemented all of the features that we planned. Please note that the theme does get updates via plugins like our Boosted Elements plugin which is included with the purchase. So although the theme version does not update, there are indeed features and updates made.

Hello, my support is expired so I am writing comment here. Recently, on my website with your installed theme I am experiencing problem with Elementor. Elementor Widget Panel does not load and has the continuously spinning “Loading” icon. Are you familiar with this problem? Everything was ok until yesterday after I installed new version of Elementor plugin. I checked if your theme is up to date and it is. How can I fix this? Thanks

Your plugin Progression Theme Elements conflicts with Elementor. I have everything up to date with Elementor 3.10.0, WordPress 6.1.1, Progression Theme Elements 1.1 and Happy Inn Progression Version: 2.2. I have disabled this plugin, but this means the Rooms don’t work. When will this be resolved please?
That error just means you are using an old version of the Progression Elements plugin. You can find the updated plugin by downloading the files and looking inside the /Plugins/ folder. Please note this was updated last year and in regards to large change in Elementor.

Is it possible to have only part of the room page show up in the room list element? Say for instance I wanted a short blurb about the room to show, but on the post for the room have other sections with more information.
Actually, I figured out a way to do what I want. Have the room post be the blurb, make the button link to a different page with the full information.

Hello! I recently updated to Elementor 3.7.8, and am now getting a critical error. Your Progression Theme Elements plugin is causing the error. Deactivating the plugin makes the error go away, but important pieces of content are missing from the page. I HAVE updated the theme and Progression Theme Elements to the latest versions as of today.
I had this problem once before (5 months ago) and you asked me to make sure that Progression Theme Elements was the latest version. At that time, updating that plugin DID fix the problem.
HOWEVER, today updating Progression Theme Elements does not fix the problem. Are you releasing a new version soon to deal with this issue? Thank you.
We can confirm the latest version of the theme and plugins work with the latest version of Elementor. For example we are running the latest version of Elementor(3.7.8) in the live preview.

Hi, do this theme has a price list page? Sort of Excel tab to write different prices for each room in different time of the year. If it has not, can you suggest a plugin that can make it and that is fully responsive? Thank you.

Hello, this theme breaks (wordpress error) when I update to the latest versions of these two plugins: 1- Boosted Elements for Elementor and 2- Elementor. I have WP 6.0 installed and the lastest 2.1 Happy Inn theme files.

Website page stopped working and discovered the issue was with your Progression Theme Elements plugin. Downloaded the new plugin as per the comment here and uploaded the version 1.3 plugin but receive the following error when tying to activate. Please advise:

Please make sure to also update your theme. You can find a changelog on the item page that lists version numbers. It looks like you are receiving that error due to using an outdated version of the theme.

Hello, after tons of debugging I have determined that your Progression Theme Elements plugin is what is causing my site to crash when updating Elementor to 3.6.3. Do you have a new version of this plugin coming out that is compatible with the latest versions of Elementor? I had to roll back Elementor to v. 3.5.6 to get the site to run properly, but that’s a problem because 3.6.3 released a critical security patch.

Is there a calendar widget with this theme? I didn’t see it on the demo.
We do have a calendar example located in the booking form. However there is no full booking calendar example. If you are looking for a full booking calendar, there are many plugins you can use for this with many options like: https://codecanyon.net/category/wordpress?term=booking%20calendar#content

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. Then update your Progression Elements plugin. To do so, simply de-activate AND delete the Progression Elements plugin. Then download the new version under Appearance > Install Plugins

Hi! I want to change a year into copyright section, but I am dealing with a problem. I can’t find where to edit a copyright section? In Theme Customizer I can only change a font, not a text! Hi! Unofortunately, I can’t edit text anymore in that Appearance > Customize > Footer section >Copyright Text. The editing of text has gone. Only the copyright font there. What happened? Some elements are missing, why is that? And my 6 months support is expired so I am typing here. Very bizzare thing.

CMB2 is a plugin specifically for your WordPress Dashboard. This plugin powers all of your page & post options. So things like page sub-title and page title background image. It does not have any effect on your website speed as it is only used while editing pages in the backend. Also, you can de-activate it and the appearance of your website will remain the same. You will just have fewer editing options.

Hello! I purchased this theme and received the Boosted Elements plugin with it. I am getting errors with the last Boosted Elements update: Fatal error : Undefined class constant ‘ICONS’ in /usr…./plugins/boosted-elements-progression/elements/slider-element.php on line 164. I understand I may need to renew support, but do I renew support for this theme, or for the plugin? Or do I need to renew the support for this kind of error?
